Party A entrusts Party B to act on the ________ case and concludes this contract by mutual agreement.
1. Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and assigns ________, ____ lawyers to be the ________ auditing agent of Party A and __________________________.
2. Party A entrusts Party B to act as a license: the litigant must have a special authorization from the agent to acknowledge, waive or change the claim, settle the case, and file a counterclaim or protest.
3. Party A must truthfully tell the case to Party B and provide evidence.
4. Party B must appear in court on time and safeguard Party B's lawful rights and interests in accordance with the law.
5. Party A shall pay Party B RMB ________ yuan in accordance with relevant state regulations.
6. If Party B terminates without any reason during the validity period of this contract, the agency fee shall be refunded to Party A; if Party A terminates without cause, the agency fee shall not be refunded.
