Party A ___ kV substation is now running at light load. In order to solve the production power consumption of the users in the ___ area, the two parties negotiated the new load to be powered by Party A.
2. Party A ___ kV substation ___ kVA main transformer due to internal discharge sound, suspended operation and maintenance, replaced with ___ kVA main transformer into operation.
