An adoption agreement is an agreement between an adopter and a care giver regarding the relationship of rights and obligations of the adopted adoptee. The adoption is based on the Adoption Law of the People's Republic of China. According to the provisions of the Adoption Law, adoption is an important way to establish a blood relationship. Therefore, adoption must meet certain conditions. Adoption must not violate the laws and regulations of family planning, so as to fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of adopters and adoptees.
According to Article 4 of the Adoption Law, the conditions of the adoptee are: the following minors under the age of 14 can be adopted: 1 orphans who have lost their parents; 2 abandoned infants and children who cannot find the parents; 3 Parents who have special difficulties and are unable to support their parents.
