Article 1 Travel schedule:

Article 7 Party A's rights and obligations and liquidated damages:

1. Party A shall arrange this tour for Party B on time and in accordance with the provisions of this contract.

2. Party A shall not reduce or increase tourist attractions and shorten the travel time without the consent of Party B. If Party A violates the agreement, Party B shall compensate Party B for ____% of the liquidated damages or Party B may request Party A to continue to provide travel services as agreed. If Party A does not provide, Party B may travel on its own, and the reasonable expenses for the expenses shall be borne by Party A; Party A will increase the cost of the tour, and the additional costs will be borne by Party A.

3. Party A shall provide Party B with quality services in accordance with the provisions of this contract. During the tour, Party A shall send medical personnel and security personnel to accompany them to ensure the smooth progress of this tour.

4. Party A shall not change or cancel the contract without authorization, otherwise it shall compensate Party B for the loss of ________ yuan.

5. Party A shall be liable for compensation for property damage and personal injury caused by Party A's reasons. If the loss is caused by the fault of the third party, Party A has the right to recover the compensation from the third party after compensation.

Article 8 Party B's rights and obligations and liquidated damages:
