The heating person has the right to interrupt the heating when there is an unsafe hidden danger in the hot heat facility or safety management, which may cause damage to the heating facility, or if the hot person refuses to pay the fee within the time limit agreed upon in the contract.
If the heating facilities within the scope of the property rights of the heating person are faulty and cannot be heated normally or if the heat is stopped for more than 8 hours, the heating person shall notify the hot person and immediately organize the repair and restore the heating in time.
If the heating person needs to interrupt the heating due to the temporary maintenance of the heating facility or the use of heat by the hot person, the hot person shall be notified by the media or other means ____ hours in advance. When the heating is interrupted due to force majeure or other reasons, the heating person shall promptly repair it and notify the hot person within ____ hours.

Article 7 Liability for breach of contract

1. If the responsibility of the heat supplier fails to supply heat to the hot person according to the time limit stipulated in the contract, in addition to the delay of heating time, the conversion of the standard hot price or the refund of the hot person's heat fee shall be paid to the hot person. 2. The heat supplier shall be liable for compensation due to the accident of the heat supplier and the loss caused by the hot person. The heating person shall reduce or return the heat fee to the hot-selling person who does not actually meet the heating quality standard.
However, in one of the following cases, the heating quality does not meet the prescribed standards, and the heating person is not responsible:
Use the hot person to change the structure of the room and the indoor heating facilities without authorization;
Indoor heating and heating effects are improperly affected by renovation and insulation measures;
The interruption of water supply due to water cuts or power outages;
During the normal maintenance, repair and heating test of the thermal facilities.
3. If the heating facility of the heating person fails, and the hot person is not notified in time, and the heating person is responsible for the loss, the heating person shall be liable for compensation.
4. If the heat is lost due to force majeure or government action, the heat supplier shall not be liable for compensation.
Liability for breach of contract
1. If the hot person overdue the heat payment, he/she should also pay the late payment fee. If the heat fee and late payment fee are not paid within one month after the expiration of the period, the heating party may have permission to heat or stop heating.
