Rural postal agency contract
Enter into the contract:
___________ County Post and Telecommunications Bureau, hereinafter referred to as Party A;
__________ County __________ Commune _________Brigade ___________ Production team member ___________, hereinafter referred to as Party B.
In order to facilitate the people, do a good job in rural letters and postal delivery, and improve the quality of delivery. Upon the agreement between the two parties, the postal agency contract will be signed for the joint compliance of both parties.
First, the postal business and scope:
1. To receive newspapers and periodicals within the scope of delivery;
2. Open the mailbox on the postal route and deliver the mail on the postal route;
3. Charge various postal and telecommunications charges;
4. Delivery shifts: every Saturday class, festival, holiday break;
5. Delivery depth: all kinds of ordinary mails and mails, notices, telegrams, newspapers and periodicals, etc. are delivered to the household by address, and the procedures for handover or receipt are handled as required.

Second, Party A’s obligations:

Third, Party B’s obligations
1. Deliver and hand over all kinds of mails, newspapers and periodicals in accordance with the delivery schedule and depth specified by Party A, and deliver them to the households in good quality and quantity.
2. According to Party A's business rules and regulations, handle all kinds of business, do all kinds of original records prescribed by Party A, accept Party A's business leadership, training, supervision and inspection, and participate in the business meetings organized by Party A.
3. Strictly keep communication secrets, implement communication discipline and labor discipline, ensure that mail, newspapers, and tickets are not lost, not short, not damaged, not embezzling and appropriating public funds, not shortening the postal route, and not taking mail, newspapers and magazines home.
4. On time, take the mailbox along the way and pay the recovered amount on the same day.
5. Keep the postal special tools, business supplies, etc. issued by Party A, and return them in time when the contract is terminated.
6. The expenses for medical expenses and work breaks shall be borne by _______.
7. The bicycle is self-provided.
Fourth, Party A's remuneration to Party B
1. The remuneration for collecting newspapers and periodicals shall be calculated on the basis of ________% of the actual collection and payment, and shall be settled on a monthly basis.
2. The remuneration for the newspapers and periodicals shall be calculated according to the actual payment of __________% of the newspapers and periodicals, and shall be settled at the end of the month.

5. Party B takes time off due to illness or emergency. Five, rewards and punishments

Party B can participate in the appraisal of the advanced producers of Party A. If Party B is rated as an advanced producer, Party A shall issue the certificate, bonus or prize according to the official standard of work; if Party B fails to meet the specified tasks, each item shall be deducted from the __________% of the monthly postal mail payment. If Party B is notified by the user or violates the rules and regulations of post and telecommunications and communication discipline, Party A may, according to the circumstances and the consequences of the damage, impose a fine on Party B and deduct the payment until it is dismissed. If Party B loses or destroys the postal special tools and business supplies issued by Party A, it shall compensate the discount according to the period of use prescribed by Party A's formal work. If Party B suspends the delivery work for no reason, it will be suspended for one day and fined __________ yuan.
If Party A arbitrarily suspends the contract or replaces the person without reason, Party A shall pay Party B a liquidated damages of __________ yuan. If Party A fails to pay Party B's remuneration according to the time and quantity stipulated in the contract, it shall pay a late payment of __________% of the late payment amount to Party B.
Sixth, the term of the contract and the release
