Commodity custody
The contractor's trustee x x x will place the goods in the warehouse of the recipient x x x, and the parties will agree on the following conditions:
Article 1 Party A shall place the following goods in the warehouse of Party X located at x x x x x x x, and ask Party B to keep it on their behalf.
Commodity content: General household electrical appliances, but limited to those who can pack.
Article 2 The temporary storage of the preceding article shall be limited to the amount that can be accommodated in the area of 10 square meters placed in the southeast corner of Party B's warehouse.
Article 3 Party A shall be free to move in and out of the temporary storage of the preceding article, but Party B shall not be liable for compensation if it is damaged.
Article 4 The calculation and delivery of the custody fee are as follows:
Regardless of the number of temporary items, the monthly temporary storage fee is RMB x x yuan.
Party A shall send the custodian fee to the office of Party B before the end of each month.
Article 5 Both Party A and Party B shall notify the other party one month before they wish to terminate this contract.
This contract is made in two copies, and each of Party A and Party B is responsible for one copy.
