The above listed agency prices are executed as follows: ______
Commodity packaging shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the transportation department, otherwise Party A shall be responsible for the loss during transportation. If it is not in conformity with the transportation requirements, Party B shall modify and reinforce it on its behalf, and Party A shall be responsible for the expenses.
Place of delivery: With Party B's delivery notice, Party A will charge the goods directly to the purchaser.
The quantity of consignment goods shipped must be notified according to Party B.
Fee collection and settlement is based on the following methods: the handling fee is charged according to the total amount of sales __%; after Party B receives the payment, Party A will settle and deduct the replacement fee.
Party A's consignment should be consistent with the sample, quality and quantity, consignment quantity, specification, price. If there is any change within the validity period, Party A must promptly notify Party B. Before the notice arrives, the contract that has been signed by Party B shall be performed as usual. Party A shall be responsible for any losses and expenses caused by the disconnection of quality or supply.
