Article 1 Party A's teaching content to Party C shall be in accordance with the subjects and time schedules stipulated by the Ministry of Education for similar university students, and shall not lower the requirements for Party C. Party A shall make a detailed introduction to Party B at the end of each semester on the development of morality, intelligence and physical development during the sample period.
Article 2 If Party A finds that Party C has violated the school discipline regulations, it shall contact Party B in time to jointly study the treatment methods. Party C was rated as "poor" at the end of the period, and three classes failed during the semester. If there are two failed homework exams within one year, Party A has the right to persuade them to drop out or cancel their student status.
Article 3 Party A is responsible for the evaluation and issuance of the C scholarship. The scholarship shall be assessed in the first semester, divided into one, two, three, etc., the specific assessment and issuance methods and standards shall be delivered according to the unified regulations of Party A.
Article 4 Party B shall bear all tuition fees and scholarship fees during the period of Party C's study. The tuition fee is ____ yuan per semester, and the other fees are ____ yuan per semester. Party B's above fees shall be directly remitted to Party A at the time of registration for each semester, or shall be handed over to Party A by Party C.
Article 5 Party B shall issue Party C with wages and other benefits as required. Article 8 Party C must self-learn to accept the education and management of Party A and Party B, study hard, abide by the law and abide by the law, and develop comprehensively from the three aspects of morality, intelligence and physical fitness, and strive to be "three good students." Party C violates school rules and regulations. It is necessary to consciously accept the handling of Party A and Party B. If Party C withdraws from school or is advised by Party A to withdraw or cancel the student's status, Party A shall bear the expenses paid to Party A. If Party C fails to deliver, Party B shall be responsible for delivery on behalf of Party C.
Article 9 After the completion of the examination and the examination of the Party C, the Party B must go to the Party B to work.
