Article 1 Party A's teaching content to Party C shall be in accordance with the subjects and time schedules stipulated by the Ministry of Education for similar university students, and shall not lower the requirements for Party C. Party A shall give Party B a detailed introduction at the end of each semester on the development of moral, intellectual and physical development of Party C during school.
Article 2 If Party A finds that Party C has violated the school discipline regulations, it shall promptly contact Party B to jointly study and deal with the measures. Party C shall be rated as “poor” at the end of the period, and three classes fail during the semester. If there are two failed homework exams within one year, Party A has the right to persuade them to drop out or cancel their student status.
Article 3 Party A is responsible for the evaluation and issuance of the C scholarship. Scholarships are assessed once per semester, divided into one, two, three, etc. The specific assessment and distribution methods and standards shall be handled in accordance with the unified regulations of Party A.
Article 4 Party B shall bear all tuition fees and scholarship fees during the period of Party C's study. Party B's above fees shall be directly remitted to Party A at the time of registration for each semester, or shall be handed over to Party A by Party C.

Article 8 Party C must consciously accept the education and management of Party A and Party B, study hard, abide by the law and abide by the law, and develop comprehensively from the three aspects of morality, intelligence and physical fitness, and strive to be "three good students." If Party C violates the school rules and regulations, it shall consciously accept the handling of Party A and Party B. If Party C withdraws from school or is advised by Party A to withdraw or cancel the student's status, Party A shall bear the expenses paid to Party A. If Party C fails to deliver, Party B shall be responsible for delivery on behalf of Party C.
Article IX After the completion of the examination and the examination and approval of the examination, the Party B must work in the Party B.
