After negotiation between the two parties, Party A entrusts Party B to deposit and prepare the following provisions for mutual storage.
1. Warehouse rent calculation
It is determined that Party B provides warehouse ______ square meters for use by Party A, warehouse rent is for monthly package system, ______ yuan per square meter per month, and the total monthly rent is ______ yuan.
2. Goods entering and leaving the warehouse and acceptance
3. Both parties' rights and obligations and liability for breach of contract
For the storage of dangerous goods or perishable items, Party A shall explain the nature of the goods and provide relevant information. If Party A violates this agreement, Party B may refuse to store the goods, or take corresponding measures to avoid the loss, so the expenses incurred shall be borne by the stockholder.
Party B shall, in accordance with Party A's request, agree to inspect the warehouse or take samples.
If Party B finds that the warehousing storage has deteriorated or other damages, Party B shall promptly notify Party A's warehouse receipt holder.
If the holder of the warehouse receipt is overdue, the storage fee shall be added. If the warehouse receipt is to be withdrawn in advance, the storage fee shall not be reduced.
If the storage damage is lost during storage, the warehouse management personnel shall be liable for breach of contract. If the storage of the warehouse does not conform to the contract or exceeds the effective storage period, the warehouse owner will not be liable for deterioration or damage.
