I. Review of the work of the Association in the past eight years

1. Publishing, education

While the Association is running a good journal, "Anhui Province's Straight Paintings and Calligraphy", it has compiled and printed a collection of paintings and calligraphy works, and has fixed some important exhibitions as eternal, and also provided opportunities for greater exchanges. The association also organizes key members to create high-quality masterpieces, prints calligraphy and painting, photographic art calendars, desk calendars and other daily necessities, let art enter life, and introduces our artistic talents to the public, and has achieved a good social reflection.

In terms of education, the Association adheres to the correct direction of literature and art, promotes the main theme, pays attention to starting from the mind, conscientiously organizes the study of the scientific development concept, connects theory with practice, continuously improves political cultivation, and advocates the people-oriented, art-serving social concept. In terms of professional training, we have received strong support from the Provincial Artists Association and the Provincial Calligraphy Association. We have adopted training seminars, famous review meetings, and reading meetings, which have been welcomed by the general public and inspired everyone's creative enthusiasm.

2. Organizational construction

First, we look at the development of the association from a set of data. During the second member congress in XX, the Provincial Association of Direct Painters and Photographers had only more than 60 group members and more than 500 members. Eight years later, it has grown to more than 90 group members and nearly 1,000 members. More than 80 direct government offices and central units in the province have joined group members. The optimal allocation of the leadership team of the association provides organizational guarantee for sustainable development. The new breakthrough in organizational construction has added vitality to the work of the association and improved the cohesiveness and centripetal force of the association. At present, the daily work of the association is well-organized, and major activities are grouped together. A good atmosphere in which everyone speaks unity, talks about the overall situation, and gives dedication has been formed.

3. Exhibition work

Promoting the exhibition is an important part of the contemporary calligraphy and painting industry. In the past eight years, the Provincial Association of Direct Painters and Photographers has organized various exhibitions with diverse forms and distinctive themes around the center and serving the overall situation. If there is a theme exhibition in line with political propaganda: "Commemorating the 30th Anniversary of the Reform and Opening-up Exhibition of Paintings and Calligraphy", "Welcome the Party's 17th National Calligraphy and Painting Photography Exhibition", "Commemorating the 60th Anniversary of the Victory of the Anti-Japanese War, Provincial Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition", etc. Major festivals such as “Welcome National Day” and “Qing Qiyi” will be held in a variety of special exhibitions; there will be a large-scale exhibition of large-scale members, as well as small exhibitions such as elite nominations, such as “Hurricane Mohyun· The 20th New Works Exhibition of Anhui Province Straight Book and Painters Association was exhibited in Hefei and Fujian. 4. Service functions

In the past eight years, the Association has adhered to the tenet of serving the society and serving the grassroots, and has often carried out various social welfare activities. First, the book and brush activities: the association often organizes painters and painters to go deep into organs, enterprises and institutions, rural areas, military camps, etc., to carry out painting and calligraphy condolence activities, to splash ink, donate works, and is well received by all walks of life. Second, the existing shortcomings

1. Further exploration is needed in the art of painting and calligraphy to serve the society and to go to the market.

2, due to some objective conditions and other reasons, there are still some unsatisfactory places in the association work, such as: the journal - "Anhui Province straight book painter" is still under normal, the association change failed The board of directors system has not been well adhered to, the few directors have not been able to play a good role, and the publicity of some major activities has not been sufficient. All these conditions, both conditional factors and space for improvement, are necessary for future work. Pay attention to the improvement.

3. The development of calligraphy and painting is not balanced, the development of theory and creation is not balanced, and the review of calligraphy and painting and theoretical research are relatively weak.

4. The training of professional training is uneven. In the past, it focused on the training and guidance of key members, ignoring the regularization and institutionalization of ordinary member training. At present, there has been a phenomenon of talent disruption, and the reserve of artistic talents after the 1980s is seriously insufficient. The group of young artists and painters who were most active in the past have now entered middle age and become the backbone of the times. Some have become industry leaders and academic leaders. Therefore, discovering new people and cultivating new people should be the top priority of the future work of the association.
