2012 College Winter Holiday Social Practice Report

At the beginning of the winter vacation, with excitement, I returned to my hometown of mountains and rivers.

Since entering the university, the employment problem seems to always surround us and become a topic that can't be finished. In today's society, the big-character posters at the job fair always write "there is experience first," but how much social experience can we have in our class on campus?

In order to expand their knowledge, expand their contact with society, increase their experience in social competition, exercise and improve their abilities, so that they can truly enter the society after graduation and be able to adapt to the economic situation at home and abroad. Change, and be able to deal with all aspects of life well in life and work. During this holiday, I started the holiday social practice in a leisurely way---into the hotel where my second brother-in-law’s family operates, do one A waiter.

Although I have to stand eight or nine hours a day, I am not too tired to feel passionate and young. I think this is an incentive, understanding of life, understanding of life, contact with society, and understanding of the future.

In the hotel, although I mainly use the dishes and dumplings, I still have to do some work outside of the work from time to time. Sometimes I have to do some clean work. In the school, there may be teachers who assign what to do today. What to do tomorrow, but here, not everyone will tell you this, you must consciously do it, and you must do your best to do your best, the efficiency of a job will be differently evaluated by others.

For our college students, earning money should not be the sole purpose of working. We must regard working as an opportunity to participate in social practice and improve our ability. Because working, on the one hand, can apply the theoretical knowledge learned to practice and improve the ability of all aspects; on the other hand, it can accumulate work experience and benefit the future employment.

In the hotel, others can recognize me as a student who is studying at a glance. I ask them why they always say it from my face. Oh, maybe people who have never experienced society have my own unknown experience! I have not retired because I have no experience in front of them. I believe that I can do as well as they do.

In social practice, we should apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to objective reality, so that the theoretical knowledge we have learned can be useful. If you only learn not to practice, then what you learn is equal to zero. Theory should be combined with practice. On the other hand, practice can lay the foundation for finding a job in the future.

Through this period of practice, I learned something that I couldn’t learn at school. Because of the different environments, people who come into contact with things are different, and what they learn from them is naturally different. Learn to learn from practice and practice from learning.

We don't just learn the knowledge we have learned in the school, we must continue to practice other knowledge from the middle of life, and constantly arm ourselves from all aspects to be able to stand out in the competition and express ourselves.

Many people who study at school say that they would rather go out to work and are not willing to study at school; others who are already in the society would rather return to the furnace. We go to school and learn advanced scientific knowledge. We are all going to enter the society in the future and give our own strength. We should try our best to master the professional knowledge today and serve the society better tomorrow.

The train bound for Guangzhou on the 22nd ended my holiday life and began to accept new knowledge and face new challenges!
