Every year during the winter vacation, students from the Department of Strengthening of Nanjing Normal University will organize social practice. Social practice has become an important yardstick for the hospital to consider the overall quality of students. Through social practice, students can exercise their ability to do things, enrich their experiences, and bring themselves closer to society.

Different from previous years, this year's social practice is closer to the times, and more concerned about the current social hotspots, such as the investigation of new rural cooperative medical care, the investigation of college students' entrepreneurship, the western sunshine action, the concern for the elderly and children, and the publicity. "Eight glory and shame" and so on.

Ning Yi's trip

We are really doing meaningful things, but we often feel that we are powerless and can't help them. We just hope that this event will be better, so that more people will pay attention to Ning Yu and pay attention to education.

There are a lot of children who are out of school and drop out of school. Once we did a home visit in Tokyu Village. For a long time, we couldn't find anyone who could communicate. Most of the adults here went out to work. They also went out to do farm work during the day at home. We didn't meet the elderly or children.

The old man is very old, the child is very small, and he does not speak Chinese. After a long walk, we saw many children carrying empty baskets to prepare to go out, so they stopped them. I learned that there were a few girls who dropped out of school, and they could not even write their own names.

One of the first-year boys wrote the name of a girl who was out of school in his hand: Qiu Adi. We gave a questionnaire to Adi. Qiu Adi only studied for one year and is a Yi people. She is very slow-minded, we ask her what questions, she can't answer, and she is very shy. We left that night and soon saw them elsewhere in the village. They also carried a bamboo basket and didn't know what to do.

The children don't have enough tuition fees because they have less income and more children, so they are waiting for the relief. But they are always disappointed in waiting, waiting to go out of school, waiting to get out of the mountains and follow their parents to work in the city.

They don't have good faculty, and the teachers have not been trained by professional teachers. They are taught in the class and are committed to playing cards. How unfair it is for this group of children.

They don't have enough food, because only the grandparents and grandchildren stay at home, there is not enough labor, so only reduce the daily diet, change the three to two, or even a meal.

When I saw that some children were already high school, and we were not as tall as our children, I realized how superior the environment was.

They don't have enough luck because their parents are working outside the home for a long time, just to support themselves and them, not thinking about what will happen in the future. They can only live with their ancestors, lack the communication and communication of the soul, and lack the spiritual pillar. Therefore, some people choose to take drugs, some choose prostitution, and some choose to steal. I believe that they are not voluntary. Everything is involuntarily.

However, they insist on walking on the long mountain road every day to the schools they think can change their destiny. They are working hard to motivate themselves with "Heavenly rewards" and to hone themselves with heavy chores.

They imagine a beautiful world outside the mountains, imagining that their parents can work outside easily. They are looking for their own way of life: whether to work with their parents, or use knowledge to change their destiny? No one can tell them, but they still smile and smile, because there is tomorrow, there is sunshine.

New Rural Cooperative Medical Survey

In the interview, we can feel that the peasant people are more enthusiastic about the new rural cooperative medical care and actively participate in it.

Among them, there are not many people who praise the party and government policies. After all, this policy has effectively alleviated the medical pressure of farmers and reflects the new working attitude under the guidance of the people-oriented concept of the government.

Especially for the people in the old areas living in poverty, inaccessibility, and information occlusion, the party and the government should give them more care and attention and effectively improve people's lives and medical conditions.

During the interview, we learned that the implementation of the policy of Kongshan Township was in place, and several villagers interviewed also enjoyed the benefits of the new policy. The proportion of medical expenses for reimbursement is still relatively large, which has indeed reduced their financial burden.

As is known to all, in this increasingly competitive society, the elderly and children are undoubtedly relatively vulnerable groups. The old people have dedicated their lives to the society. The children are the pillars of the future of the motherland. Their living conditions are directly related to the stability and harmony of the society. We have focused this social practice on the nursing homes and kindergartens, and the squad’s name is "the evening".

If the children's unhappiness is due to the tremendous psychological pressure of the parents to "seek the child into a dragon, look at the woman into a wind", then the old man needs only the filial piety and concern of the younger generation and society.

Now the central government has proposed to build a harmonious society. I think the most important thing is the harmony of people. The elderly, especially the old people in the old people's homes who have no children and no women, as an indispensable part of the society, the society should have the responsibility to bear the duty of honoring the elderly, so that they have a warm and peaceful old age.

The smile of the old people is the harmony of the society, and the happiness of the old people is the happiness of the society! Our squad is investigating entrepreneurship issues with a focus on entrepreneurship. We hope that our survey will give college students some instructive experience and lessons, so that they will take less detours in the future entrepreneurial process and go further than success.

When it comes to the feelings of this social practice, I think the most important thing is the gains beyond the goals obtained through social practice. Our current learning environment is becoming more and more tolerant, and schools are increasingly concerned about us. Summer practice gives us opportunities to get in touch with society.

We have made many friends from different departments, grades and even different schools. In our group, there are freshmen who have just entered the university, and there are also graduates who are about to graduate. They have learned literature and are also academic. When we are together, we know each other, understand, learn, make up for each other, and get along very well. The teachers of the school helped us to contact many famous entrepreneurs and successful entrepreneurs.

During the interview, we had a very pleasant conversation. They gave us many sincere opinions. We also learned a lot from them that they never noticed. I am very grateful. This practical activity made me wake up from the happy life, recognized my own value, and learned more from the knowledge I had never touched before, enriching myself.

Changzhou Practice Team

The practice of the Changzhou detachment is divided into two parts. The first part is to enter the factory to experience the life of the workers, and the second part is the propaganda of “eight honors and eight shame”.

In this social practice, I participated in the activities of the factory, really felt the whole process of production work, and experienced the hard work of the workers. Eight hours of work a day, I didn't think it was long, but when I experienced it myself, I realized the ups and downs.

In another part of the practical work, I contacted a resident community, and then worked with the students to produce the “eight honors and eight shame” propaganda materials, and to provide consultation and introduction work for the residents at the community site.

One month of social practice has brought me closer to society and has benefited me a lot.
