Work Report > Winter Holiday Social Practice Report

Summary of the social practice activities of the news agency's winter vacation

From January 12th to February 13th this year, as a student reporter of Haiyan News Agency, I went to the "Workers Daily" news group with Wei Wei and Fei Fei to participate in a one-month winter holiday social practice.

When we assigned the task for the first time, we were sent to interview migrant workers, and the newspaper gave us two weeks. We immediately looked up information about migrant workers and the Spring Festival, arranged the location and time of the interview, in order to complete the task on time and gain the trust of the teacher.

During the interview, we encountered a lot of difficulties that we could not imagine. Some people are unwilling to accept questions, and when we see us, we walk away; others have heard that we are interns, and we are not willing to say a word.

But we are not discouraged. After several failures, some people finally began to accept our interviews and told us a lot of stories happening on the train, which made us have more understanding of the Spring Festival and migrant workers.

In the snowy weather, we stayed at the station for five or six hours, chasing the busy figure of the migrant workers and talking while walking, and we learned to find the target while waiting.

In the snow, we understand the timeliness of the news, and a heavy snow brings us a lot of valuable news. Just after the car crash on the Beijing-Guangzhou line, we rushed to Beijing West Railway Station until 3:00 pm, the last train from Guangzhou to the station, we left the station exit, recorded each column The arrival time of trains in Henan provides first-hand information for the writing of manuscripts.

Now I want to come to the question, but also to pay attention to skills, naturally friendly, people will be willing to contact you. In the process of asking questions, it is necessary to guide the interviewees to follow their own ideas, so that the things that are produced can meet the needs of their own articles. The interview techniques that we have slowly explored in practice have come in handy in interviews with real-name systems in hospitals.

The medical staff at the beginning was very alert and unwilling to deal with us. We found the reporter teacher of the newspaper, opened an interview letter, and softened the interview object, and finally completed the task of writing this manuscript.

With the successful experience, the next interview is much easier. In the following interviews, we ran the train station, ran the coach station, ran the vegetable market, and ran the job center. For a winter vacation, we “run” six manuscripts.

By writing these manuscripts, we understand that the manuscripts written by the reporters are discovering problems. As for whether these phenomena are good or bad, depending on the experts' comments, we should not have too much discussion in the article.

At the same time, we also learned to always pay attention to life around us and improve our sensitivity to the perception of social phenomena.

During the interview, we united and worked together to improve the team spirit and the ability to solve problems together. When the first interview failed to open the situation, we learned to persist in the setbacks when our first manuscript was rewritten.

This practical activity also allowed us to learn about the real life of journalists that we had never known before. On the surface, the reporter's work is both decent and relaxed. It is just a stylus and an article. But when we really devote ourselves to this job, we really feel the grievances and those tired.

Journalists need to have a keen insight, to find problems in time, and to present the truth to more people in the first place.

They must always be in the best shape, and once they get to the news, they must investigate them through various channels. This requires journalists to have profound knowledge, good communication skills, and a deep understanding and adaptability to society.

In the process of internship, we often suffer rejection and incomprehension from others. No matter how you explain it, say that it is broken, people just ignore you and refuse you thousands of miles away.

These may be just the small difficulties that journalists can't do in their working lives. Many reporters are risking their lives when they complete their tasks. Reporting the truth of the facts will harm the interests of some people, and it is common for journalists to be threatened with intimidation.

Once we interviewed migrant workers at the railway station and broke into a basement, where many people were very mixed. A drunken sweat drooped and pulled us a companion to help her find a job. It was hard for everyone to get rid of his entanglement.

A short winter vacation has drawn a successful conclusion to our internship. In this month, we learned a lot. We have changed the habit of dragging, reliance, timidity, and other bad habits, becoming stronger and more courageous; learning to be responsible, having the beginning and the end, being organized; learning to love our own duties Work, and invest 100% in enthusiasm for work.

We also have a deeper understanding of society and learn to adapt constantly. In practice activities, we work together to help each other, promote each other, and do our best to complete the task.

I believe that this event will not be a termination. On the big stage of life, our performance has just begun. Love what you like, and take the first step bravely, that is, success!
