It is a state-owned large-scale backbone construction enterprise with hydraulic engineering, municipal administration, civil engineering construction, road and bridge, and installation engineering as its main business projects. It has a general contracting level for navigation engineering. The company has more than 3,000 formal employees, more than 1,000 advanced engineering and technical equipment; 26,000 square meters of high-rise office buildings and more than 300,000 square meters of production base; nearly 700 meters of work boat docks and more than 40,000 square meters The sea area has fixed assets of more than 300 million yuan. Looking back at the internship life, the feelings are very deep and the harvest is fruitful. During the internship, I used a look, ask, etc. to further understand the development of Coley's daily management work, and analyzed the characteristics, methods, and operational rules of the company's business development. At the same time, we have a preliminary understanding of the company's corporate mission of "casting the sky" service brand, "building a boutique, benefiting the society", and "practical and innovative, dare to strive for first-class".

First, adhere to the management as the leader, and constantly open up the traditional construction field in Shandong

Grasp the good opportunities for the rapid development of the water industry market, further increase the tracking public relations efforts for large-scale hydraulic engineering projects such as Qingdao Port, Yantai Port and Rizhao Port, and earnestly do a good job in the relocation of Beichuan Heavy Industry and the construction of Olympic infrastructure. It has been contracted to Beichuan Heavy Industry Dawu, Yantai Port Phase III Phase II, Olympic Qingdao International Sailing Center section, and Rizhao Port Zhonggang District East Shoreline to ensure that traditional market strategic projects are not lost. At the same time, we have made use of our geographical advantages to disseminate information, actively track and contract to Dongying Port expansion and Penglai Guodian, and have made new progress in the field of pioneering traditional engineering.

Second, strengthen the operation of the three-standard integrated management system, effectively promote the improvement of corporate management

Continue to unswervingly explore the southern market, do well in Xiamen, Wenzhou, Hainan and other projects under construction, win the satisfaction of the owners and establish a corporate image. Give play to the role of operating branches, increase the intensity of public relations for key projects, and do a good job in bidding to ensure that the target project is not lost. Based on the project, we will make a difference in exploring new markets and maintain the continuous growth of operating value in the southern region. Unswervingly develop the pile foundation market, effectively increase the investment in pile foundation equipment, exercise the pile foundation construction team, and further enhance the pile foundation construction capacity. Adhere to the advancement of land and water, and increase the scale of benefits. Utilize the first-class qualification of housing construction and construction, carefully summarize the road and bridge construction experience and lessons, and increase the development of the mainland market to achieve steady development of the land market.

At the same time, through the internship, I found that there is also a problem with Coley, a subsidiary of the Second Engineering Company of China's First Navigation Engineering Bureau:

1. The market concept and management system are not suitable for the rapid development of the company. The pace of market development is far from the requirements for rapid development of the enterprise; the operating system is still not perfect, and the responsibility of the management team and management personnel needs to be further improved.

2. The concept of construction organization management needs to be further changed. In the construction process, the construction organization management is not strong according to the construction contract requirements. There is a big gap between the construction management status and the scientific and standardized construction management, but only some of our projects are under construction. It is difficult to enter the stage during the construction and construction process, and cannot meet the requirements of the owner.

3. The cost consciousness is not strong, and the cost control level is not high. Some projects do not have the phenomenon of extensive management and large-scale construction. The awareness of management to benefit and to benefit from technological innovation has not been firmly established, so that our cost control and There are still large gaps in advanced construction companies, and market competitiveness is not strong.

4. The management system and management stylization of the subcontracting team are still not perfect. In the subcontracting contract management, there is a phenomenon that the program is not connected and the management is not closed. The project department pays insufficient attention to the management of the subcontracting team. There are weak links in the implementation of management tools and systems.

5. The principle of administering enterprises according to law, defending rights according to law and self-protection is not strong, and it is impossible to fully use legal means to safeguard the interests of enterprises. In particular, the legal knowledge of leading cadres and the awareness of managing enterprises according to law are not suitable for the requirements of the market economy.
