Combining my overall plan, I decided to choose a hotel internship. I decided to go to the xx hotel, which is a hotel in Yellowstone.
The food and beverage department of xx is roughly divided into the following departments: Chinese food department, western food department and wine department. Our 9 people were divided into 3 groups, each in different departments, and the department was changed every 20 days. This will give us a more comprehensive understanding of the service, sales and management of the entire catering industry. I thought that the hotel's approach made it quite human. The three people in our group were first assigned to the Chinese restaurant - "This is the hardest part of the hotel catering department!" Before I started working, I heard someone next to me telling me privately. It seems that I really have to be mentally prepared!
The work of the Chinese restaurant is indeed as the predecessors said, “hard work!” The hotel did not give the waiters their own job responsibilities and job descriptions, although this is the most critical part of modern enterprise human resource management, in the impression of employees, themselves The job is to obey the task of the foreman every day, ready to listen to the command of the foreman, there is no fixed work, or if the need, the waiter can do anything! Set up the table, fold the cloth, pass the vegetables, the so-called essential work must be done I also have a part-time handyman. What is even more incomprehensible is that the hotel's working hours are 8 hours of work, and I have to work over 1 hour a day. The first three days of the first job are really painful, except every day. Working hard, the most grievances are counted as feet. Standing for 9 hours a day has caused serious protests on both feet. The first thing to get off work is to find a place to sit down and rest. The yearning human management and The gap between the cruel reality is evident.
Employees represent the image of the entire hotel. This is a very important aspect of the hotel vi design. A good employee uniform can not only make the staff more spiritual and improve work efficiency, but the employee uniform also reflects an intrinsic culture of a company without culture. The company knows that the same person has no soul. It is just a walking dead. What is the benefit of a company lacking morale?
However, I am very happy that the staff of the hotel are so warm and friendly. They are not indifferent to us because I am an intern. When I am tired, my colleagues have a sweet smile and a common saying. "Working hard" will make people feel moved. It seems that they are still from the perspective of employees themselves, because they are talking about "the people's minds. This is one of the qualities that the upper leadership of the hotel lacks!"
This half-month internship can generally summarize the following shortcomings:
1 should change the attitude of traditional treatment of employees. People are the main body of management, which is what all managers should grasp. The subordinate relationship in management is only a division of labor, not a relationship between domination and rule; on the contrary, modern management concepts tell us that management is a special service, and managers only have to do a good job at the subordinates to help subordinates at work. Made excellent results. The management of modern enterprises must adhere to the "three gods", namely: the market, customers and employees! An old employee said to the leader in the hotel's bbs: "Be kind to the staff, be a good leader, remember, you manage Not all machines." I think this may be what every employee wants to say to the leader.
2 The company lacks a spiritual corporate culture that can unite people's hearts. A nation has its own national culture, and a company also needs its own corporate culture. The construction of corporate culture is not optional, but necessary for the survival and development of enterprises. When companies face a variety of challenges, they need all the people in the enterprise to be able to work together, unite and tide over the difficulties. For those enterprises that have not carried out corporate culture construction, they usually have a mess of sand. When they encounter things, they will think about each other's thoughts. No one really thinks seriously about the development of the company. In other words, they do not integrate themselves into the enterprise. Among them. It can be seen that the construction of corporate culture is a necessary guarantee for the survival and development of enterprises.
In the future, I will participate in more social practice, hone myself and let myself know more, so that I have already experienced more aspects of society without stepping into society, and I should not understand and understand society with simple ideas. It is to explore in depth, lay a solid foundation for your future, learn more written expertise in the school, and use knowledge to operate in practice.

Life needs design, but this design is not out of thin air. It requires cost. Failure is a kind of cost. With the input of cost, it indicates that the harvest of life is about to begin. No one can easily succeed without seeing the rainbow.
In this cold work, I understand the importance of combining theory with practice and benefit a lot, which is a great inspiration for my future life and study. This time of work is a beginning and a starting point. I believe that this starting point will prompt me to gradually move towards society and gradually mature.
