I went through 15 supermarkets in the six counties and districts of Binzhou City. The customer does not need to look up too much, but also needs to bend over or squat to see the goods. Therefore, the two layers are placed. The goods should be the main products of the supermarket, of course, the goods manufacturers provide more funds for the wet.

For the pile head, especially the pile of promotional items, there are more colorful flags, balloons, fences and other rendering atmosphere. Generally speaking, the size of a stack is 1 m * 1 m or 1 m * 2 m, and the larger 1 m * 3 m or 2 m * 2 m is relatively rare, if the supermarket has such a stack of placement Then, the products placed on it must be the highlight of the promotion.

From the sales manager of Changyu Wine Company who gave us a simple "training", I probably learned that the funds for the stack, the fence and the neck label for supermarket promotion are provided by the manufacturer. The purpose of our inspection is to provide Changyu with the real situation of each supermarket promotion, in order to compare the results with the data reported by the supermarket to decide whether to continue to promote goods in the supermarket in the next year.

The promotion staff mentioned above reminds me that the number and performance of the promotion staff can particularly clearly reflect the operation of the supermarket. For example, in Zhanhua County's new cooperative shopping plaza, Changyu wine has two stacks of 1m*2m, and there are three promotion staff. This is also true of the Ginza store and the second store in Bincheng District. This kind of supermarket always makes people feel the prosperous future. Another important aspect of promotion is the placement of products. As far as Changyu wine is concerned, on the ordinary shelf or end frame, if the neck label is not properly hung or even the bottle is smashed or dusty, no matter how enthusiastic the promoters recommend it, the consumer has already denied this product.

Of course, supermarkets that have such merchandise placements are generally not too enthusiastic and may not even have promotions.

In addition, this inspection also brought me knowledge beyond the management of the supermarket.

First of all, I first figured out the layout of Binzhou City, which I have lived for for 19 years: Zhanhua County and Wudi County are adjacent to each other, in the northernmost part of Binzhou City, and in the north of Bohai Sea. From Wuyi County to the south is Yangxin County, Huimin County and Zouping County; from Zhanhua County to the south is Bincheng District and Boxing County. Boxing County and Zouping County are like the two legs of Binzhou City. The two "legs" are between Fujian and Taiwan in Zibo City.

Walking through the streets of a county, you can clearly feel the different cultural atmosphere between them, and of course the level of economic development.

Apart from the bustling urban areas, the best among the six counties is the most economically developed Zouping County.

In XX, Zouping County ranked 19th among the top 100 counties in China. Sitting on the county shuttle bus in Zouping County, I feel a little extravagant. The shuttle bus is the most luxurious among the six county buses. The Zouping people in the car always feel that they have a sense of superiority, which is probably material. Ample reflection in the spirit.

The first time I went to Zouping County, I was able to see a bit of a bustling atmosphere in a big city. Walking through Huangshan 2nd Road, one of its main roads, you can see that its economic development level is not just slightly higher than other counties. There are three large shopping malls in KFC and one street that are not and cannot be found in other counties. The development direction of Zouping County completely surpasses the county level and faces the city level.

As everyone knows, people will pursue the consumption of data on the basis of satisfying the needs of survival materials and development materials. After walking through Huangshan Second Road, I was surprised to find that the flowers and other decorations here are particularly popular, and these products are almost listed as luxury goods in Zhanhua County where I am located. The hard-working people struggling on the food and clothing line have no leisure to buy. A bunch of flowers to enjoy. This is a chilling gap.

Comparing Zouping County and Zhanhua County, this gap is somewhat confusing but reasonable.

Zhanhua County is bordered by Erhai Lake in the north. There are large areas along the beach and reed wetlands. There are rivers in the west, rich in fresh water resources, flat land, fertile soil, long planting history, rich planting experience and technology, and special features. Agricultural products - winter dates.

It can be said that Zhanhua County has unique advantages in developing fisheries, planting and even papermaking industries. However, the fishery in Zhanhua County still stays in the stage of family development, and there is no scale operation. The seafood is sold without deep processing, and there is no added value.

In addition to the characteristic agricultural products winter jujube, the county’s reputation for creating the hometown of winter jujube has indeed cost huge amounts of money. For example, in order to facilitate the export of winter jujube, the debt has built a high-altitude aviation city, and the annual jujube festival is held every year. The original intention is obviously for Zhanhua County. Economic development, but economic development alone is not enough.

These years, the jujube farmers have accumulated some experience, and when they tasted a little sweetness, they began to feel a little dizzy. Uncontrolled spraying of organic fertilizer, foliar fertilizer and fruit fertilizer. As a result, "vitamin pills" became a "poison pill" and pesticides. The residue is serious.

This is not a self-destructive reputation, but it does hope that the Zhanhua government can strengthen management, attach importance to quality, and form economies of scale.

I don't know much about Zouping County, but from the geographical point of view, it is adjacent to the industrial development city - Zibo, which is probably a factor that cannot be ignored in its economic development, but this is only an external cause, and internal factors are the key to determining the development of things. factor.

In addition to Zouping County, there are some general impressions on other counties. Excluding Bincheng District, I feel that the economic development level of the six counties is roughly Zouping County, Boxing County, Wudi County, Zhanhua County, Yangxin County, and Huimin County. I don't know if this result is consistent with the actual situation.
