There are some doubts in my heart: I don’t know how the master is, how to do it, what to do, etc.! Stepping into the company's office, I saw a few strange faces looking at me with inexplicable and puzzled eyes. I smiled and greeted them, and the embarrassing situation was immediately relieved. Many friendly smiles welcomed me. From that day on, I developed a habit. Every morning I saw them and smiled and said: "Master is early," that is my sincere greeting. I always feel that there are often some subtle things that are easily overlooked by us, such as a soft greeting, but it expresses the respect for teachers and colleagues to respect their friends, and also makes others feel valued and cared for. In just a few days, I worked with the masters and communicated with them very well. I think it should be my sincerity and the trust of the teacher. They treat me as a friend and are willing to guide me and are willing to assign me tasks.
The second is communication: If you want to learn as much as possible during a short internship, you need to have good communication with the teacher and deepen mutual understanding. Just arrived at the network center, the teacher does not understand you. Work and study ability, I don't know what you will do, I don't know what kind of knowledge you want to know, so it is necessary to establish good communication with the teacher. At the same time, I think this is also an indispensable key for us to enter the society in the future. Through communication, I have a general understanding of the master, and I have taught me some computer knowledge in a targeted manner, and gave me more guidance and help according to my interests, such as my network wiring, computer hardware installation, System, network or hardware troubleshooting, working principle and other aspects are more interested, the master let me work with him to complete the computer troubleshooting. In this work, I really learned the knowledge that I didn't have in computer textbooks, and I have practical experience. This truly reflects the true value of knowledge and applies it to my application.

The third is passion and patience: passion and patience, like fire and ice, seemingly two completely different things, but they can collide with the most beautiful sparks. At the center, the teacher told me that if you want to do computer maintenance, passion and patience are essential. In terms of product updates, this industry is like doing news work, constantly updating, which requires you to have passion. Discovery and creation, and your patience will continue to learn new knowledge and improve your professionalism. In some specific work, this is also the case: I remember that when I first came to the company for an internship, the boss arranged me to learn to install the winXP operating system. I thought this should be a very simple matter, but I did not expect a lot of problems, or step by step in the master. Under the guidance of the system, it was not until the end that the system was successfully installed and it took two full days. Through my own exploration and debugging, since then, I have really understood the hardware installation, maintenance and update of the computer. Later, I carried out repeated installation and debugging of various computer operating systems. It was naturally annoying to debug and install over and over again, but I used my enthusiasm and patience to overcome these difficulties. The master also helped me sort out a lot in writing. The experience of hardware failure, for example: we can judge the fault by sound when the computer starts: 1 short: start normal, 2 short: non-fatal error, 1 long 1 short: display error, 1 long 2 short: Keyboard error; the reasons for the blue screen of the computer are: First, the system is damaged or lost due to important files, Second, the blue screen caused by overclocking or instability of the memory, the blue screen caused by the poor compatibility of the hardware, and the hard heat dissipation. The "blue screen" failure caused by the computer; the reasons for the frequent crash of the computer are: First, the system has caused errors including the virus, Second, the motherboard chip or other parts are damaged, Third, the display card is in poor contact, Fourth, the memory contact Bad, five, CPU fan heat dissipation is bad, six, the computer's power supply has problems, seven, hard disk failure, etc.; computer black screen reasons: First, the display is broken , or the display data line is in poor contact; Second, the motherboard does not have power supply; 3. The display card is poorly connected or damaged; 4. The CPU is in poor contact; 5. The memory strip is in poor contact; 6. The machine is infected with the CIH virus, and the BIOS is destructively refreshed. and many more. Because my master is a hardware engineer, I probably know less about software. Therefore, I have less contact with software. Most of my clients are caused by viruses. Direct refilling system solves the problem. But I think that the re-irrigation system is really taking too much time, so I learned a lot of software knowledge to complete myself. In the company, I asked the master to check the information, and solved the problem one by one. My knowledge in this area has been enriched. These are just sensible understandings in ordinary books, but they are really practiced here, and they are truly mastered. They also make me realize my own deficiencies and warn myself that no matter what you do, you should avoid being low-handed and be good at Drill down.
