1. Beiyi Foundry Mould Co., Ltd. has gradually developed from a family workshop-style wooden model workshop more than 20 years ago to today's enterprise with more than 240 employees and more than 30 million fixed assets, especially the first machine tool in Beijing in recent years. With the help of the factory, the development has been more rapid, and the business has expanded to various fields such as wood model, casting, processing, and riveting. Its products are mainly sold to Shougang, Beijing Tool Machine Factory, North Heavy Alstom, Saiwei. It is also a well-known state-owned and foreign-funded mechanical unit, and since last year, it has also been exported to Finland, Italy, Germany, Japan and other overseas companies. Now in the stage of rapid development, it is gradually becoming a taxpayer in the hometown and a leader and leader in the foundry model industry.

My work content and experience
Due to the good reputation and high quality products in the business, good reputation and continuous expansion of business, last year began to accept foreign orders, has been represented by import and export companies, and successfully passed the examination and approval of import and export rights at the beginning of this year, in six The Ministry of Trade was established in the month, which provided me with a good internship environment and rare internship opportunities. The internship process is divided into three stages:
1. Translation stage
At that time, it was mainly an order for exporting to Finland. Starting from the translation of the order, since we sent the sample in advance, the price was confirmed, and the details of the payment method, transaction method, insurance, packaging, etc. were translated to the sales supervisor, and then the sales supervisor. The modification and supplementary terms are translated to the foreign department department ordering department manager and the intermediary, so that the final contract is reached through e-mail and fax cycles.
Everything starts from zero. In about two weeks, I read through two books, "International Trade Practice and Operation Course", "Frequently Asked Questions in Import and Export Business" published by the University of International Business and Economics, with reference to online trade and casting terms. I also consulted my financial accountant Wang Pei and my brother Tian Haijie for payment, which has a rough framework for the import and export business process. At this stage, I also experienced the irritability and work pressure of the first stranger environment, but soon this situation was reversed by the trust of colleagues and the joy of learning. I also had my own computer and desk like a formal employee.


2. Production stage of documents
The contract is determined, and then the goods are to be stocked, and since we are exporting for the first time, we have to do a lot of preparatory work and get approval from the relevant departments, such as filing in the customs, receiving the corporate card and operator card, and collecting the write-off at the foreign exchange bureau. At the same time, at the same time, the online electronic port is registered and filed. The commodity inspection department obtains the factory inspection form based on the contract invoices we have made, and finally obtains the certificate of origin for export to Finland. At the same time, since we do not have a professional customs broker, All the documents must be prepared to contact the customs broker. At this stage, I mainly learned about the documents and procedures required for export. I went to the customs, foreign exchange bureau, commodity inspection bureau, tax bureau, bank and other state organs with the company. Although it was a little tired and hard, my interest was getting stronger.


3 After obtaining all the documents in the customs booking phase and the stocking is completed, the delivery date is approaching. Because the transaction method adopts fob price Tianjin, the foreign party designates the shipping agent, but the foreign company takes annual leave and has no other shipping agent.
