2012 winter holiday rural social practice


On the third day of the winter vacation, on January 19, XX, I returned home from school – a village in Nanle County, Henan Province. When I went home, the rural elementary school had no holiday, so the former teacher of the national class gave me a class, and I readily agreed. This is not to complete the homework, but to do something for the children in the hometown.

So I hosted a class meeting: "The dream of flying children, holding up the sun of tomorrow" theme class meeting.

At the class meeting, the topic I hosted was called “Beautiful Photo, Wonderful Guizhou”. My original intention was to show photos to children who have never been to Guizhou. These photos are all my own in Guizhou. Shooting at the big attractions.

My topic is the first part of the class meeting. When I gave the children a piece of explanation, the children’s desire for knowledge deeply touched me and shocked me. Diligence, hard work, hard work, and advancement are all the children present. From the eyes of their curiosity, I can see clearly. In the few hours with the children, I lived happily and fulfilled, as if I had returned to my childhood. When the student representative gave us a red scarf, I was really excited. The red scarf was in a bad time; when the children sang "We are starting from here" in a loud voice, I don't know why, maybe it is an impulse. My eyes began to blur, I think I was really touched by them, and they were moved by their innocence, liveliness and simplicity.

In these children, I really realized the profound meaning of the phrase "looking for hope from despair". I feel that my approach is correct. If this activity can enhance their good future, then my This event is a success!

My event was supported by local village leaders and school leaders. I am one of the few college students in this village. Once, teachers and folks gave me too many expectations. They hope that I can go to university. I have contributed to the construction of the village. Although I have not graduated yet, I am willing to do my best to return my alma mater and folks.


On January 24th, I was invited by others to take a bus to arrive at a food company in my hometown at 8:00 in the morning. First of all, I met with Manager Xiao. Manager Xiao expressed my warm welcome to my arrival. He gave me a detailed introduction to the development of food production and sales in recent years. After that, he led me to visit the products and production lines and so on. He asked me to take the initiative to contact the technicians of the factory in the process of practice, to be more hands-on, more motivated, dare to ask questions, and combine the things learned in the books with the reality. Finally, he wished me that I could learn more and achieve excellent results in this practical activity. At the same time, in order to create as many mobile phone games as possible for himself, he suggested that I do a few days here to experience life personally. I promised to give me some salary, and I readily agreed that although I was tired and tired, I was very happy.

From January 24th to February 13th, I practiced social practice in my company. Overcoming the bad conditions of cold weather, at the company, I learned about the basic operations of computer installation, loading system, software for packaging, computer operation, factory market survey, and social public relations. When the customer needs it, it also provides on-site service according to the customer's request. At the same time, it also echoes the slogan of the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the National Association of Students, "Through the people's close integration and dedication to the motherland." Won the unanimous approval of the folks. In order to ensure that what I have learned can be standardized and systematic. I ask myself to write a personal diary every day, paying attention to digesting what I have learned in peacetime. During the practice, I won all possible opportunities for me to do it. In just a few days, I learned to make instant noodles. Most of them have been to the fast-food noodles in rural homes.

On the morning of February 16, the company engaged in a voluntary activity in the county. On that day, the sun is shining, the spring breeze and the hustle and bustle, the hometown under the blue sky and white clouds is more beautiful. However, I have not paid attention to the surrounding scenery at all. There is only one thought in my heart, that is, to successfully carry out today's voluntary activities, to pass on as much knowledge and technology as possible to the public, and to solve problems for the public as much as possible. At 9:30 in the morning, my volunteer consultation activity officially started. The general public asked me a lot of questions. I worked tirelessly and patiently to answer them one by one. On February 17, the event was successfully held again at the train station and received very good results.

After the event, I bought a train ticket and returned to school.
