This experience has benefited me a lot.

At the beginning, my heart still had a hint of embarrassment. Although I am a normal school student, I spend most of my time under the podium. For teaching, I am still a raw and inexperienced. However, this doubt has not affected my confidence. After all, students are just children. For my 16-year-old graduate student, as long as I find the correct teaching method, it should not be a problem. Teach them well, inspire them to learn, let them truly learn the knowledge, and live up to the trust of parents. This is my determination to this job, and also a clear request for myself.

My job in the xx learning classroom is language teaching. Language tutoring is the main task of the classroom teacher. In the first to fifth grades, I am responsible for the in-class homework checkups for the first and second grade children, the placement and explanation of the extracurricular exercises, and the fun composition classes last weekend.

When I was engaged in this position, I clearly understood my weaknesses. It is difficult for a clever woman to have no rice. My memory of the Chinese language textbooks is still in the small country. It is difficult to quickly integrate into the textbooks and organize the series in a day or two. This knowledge. In response to this problem, during the one-week inspection period, I read all the 12 Chinese language textbooks in the country, and learned the valuable knowledge that can be transmitted to the children. In the first few days, I was not eager to tell them the knowledge in the books. Instead, I first communicated with the teachers who had taught them earlier, and probably understood the learning situation and personality of each student. Because of the large number of students, I have developed different teaching plans based on the different situations of the students. The quick and clever students who write homework, I will give them extracurricular exercises to improve, by the way, focus on the contents of the book, I hope they can go up to the next level; students who write slowly and do not have solid foundations, I Focus on their correct rate every day, correct mistakes step by step, and then shorten the time, improve time utilization, increase learning efficiency, or focus on books. In the process of teaching children, I slowly found that many literary common sense came from the national textbooks, but I have never had the opportunity to study them carefully. In the teaching process, through the collective experience of teachers, the most annoying teaching methods are the following. The first is the squatting style. The squatting style is one of the stupid ways of tutoring. It is easy to cause the children to touch, passively accepting knowledge, and causing half the consequences. The second is the counting type. Children are constantly being counted at home or at school: how do you not have to work? Why don't you do your homework? How do you only know how to play? It is these wrong ways to poison the child, destroy the child's learning state, and extinguish the child's enthusiasm and become passive. This kind of team child's non-objective and incomplete evaluation is easy to make the child lose confidence and even become inferior. The fourth is snoring. The law strictly prohibits teachers from punishing students. This is a serious injury to students' physical and mental health. It is easy to cause adverse effects on children's mind and body and must be banned. Fifth, the standard is up to standard. Therefore, my teaching principle is: Treat your child with patience, sincerity, and childlikeness. Some teachers can't understand the difficulties of the students. When the homework is wrong, they will yell at them loudly. It is easy for children to have rebellious emotions. Even if the students do not change repeatedly, I still support the way of influence. For example, sometimes, the problem was explained several times, and the students seemed to understand, but the next day, the same mistake was made. Every time I encounter this kind of situation, I feel that I am very weak, but learning is a step-by-step process. It is not a one-time process, and the primary school students' understanding ability is still limited. It is not like we adults, we need to practice more. It can be remembered and understood. I can't understand it once or twice. I can talk about it or try other ways of communication. This is not a problem. It is important not to hurt the students' self-confidence and enthusiasm, but to encourage them to have the courage to be interested in patience to solve more difficult problems.

In addition, I also summarized some experiences and methods for learning Chinese. Language learning needs to cultivate a sense of language. The so-called sense of language is a large number of input and output, input is read, output is written, simply speaking, read and write more. Language is slow work, and accumulation is the most important. With accumulation, training and testing should be effective. Persist in reading more and writing more is a way to learn Chinese. The important thing is to persevere. Language learning is not a one-time thing. Children are a golden memory period when they are young. Remembering things quickly, reading more and memorizing classics is very helpful for language learning. Massive reading is the best way to learn Chinese. For the quick response exam, in fact, essays and reading comprehension are all routines. Summarize these routines to children, and improve the level of language in several sets of exercises, such as telling children how to get the basic scores of essays, plus wonderful How to get a high score in part. In fact, many articles in Chinese language are used for examinations, which is not good, and reading and understanding the so-called standard answers is actually not comprehensive.

In the blink of an eye, I miss the good times of getting along with the children for a month. Although my first tutoring practice ended, it still gave me a lot of influence. The short-term practical activities made me understand that teaching is not an easy task. Only by improving my ability can I teach others.
