The time is very fast. I have been internship in the xx company's major client department for two weeks. I need to suspend my work for personal reasons. I will briefly summarize the work in the near stage.

I am very grateful to General Manager Li Zengsheng for his trust and recommendation. He is able to walk into the door of xx company and get a good internship position. Thanks to the support and guidance of Li Zhiqiang's manager, I have learned a lot of practical and valuable experience in the sales of large clients. I am grateful to the colleagues of xx Company for their great support and help during the work process. This good working attitude and atmosphere have benefited me a lot!

For the sales internship work in the large customer department of xx company, I mainly made two conclusions.

One. About the work of xx company

I stubbornly believe that xx's products are innovative and leading in the field of rapid data recovery. A product with an innate gene is absolutely able to achieve a strong performance in the market competition!

However, in the process of specific marketing, I personally encountered practical problems!

Very realistic, sales without a deal are worthless, especially for the company! I personally frankly swear: In the marketing process of xx, I have no opportunism, no laziness, I am trying to pursue better! The fundamental reason for not closing is that I have not made effective efforts and efforts!

From the customer's reaction, I also found that there are many problems and timely feedback to the leaders.

The main problem is that the customer does not recognize it and does not have the experience to experience the product. Personally, there are two reasons: First, the sales process does not have a good grasp of the customer's needs; second, our products lack certain market visibility. There are three countermeasures: First, I personally use as a sales medium for products. I want to deepen my understanding of products, sum up experience, and improve communication skills with customers. Second, I should take the initiative to contact more target customers and segment customer types. The goal is to be targeted; the third is that we can consider the necessary media advertising: including online publicity.

two. Personal experience

As a social practice activity, my personal gains are relatively large! From the strong support and full trust of xx company leaders, personal subjective aspects have also made serious ideas and actions.

First, personal confidence is fully enhanced. From campus student customers to corporate clients, psychological problems are the first to bear the brunt! With the encouragement of Manager Li, I gradually established a correct thinking: to do sales, I provide services and information to customers, especially for software products, I bring you an idea to give you experience! Very right, the salesperson is not swindling money, he is sending new products, new services! "I am serving customers!", in the face of rejection, not depressed! My product is very good and will always be accepted!

Second, the individual's ability to execute is enhanced. From the "dreamers" of college students to the "doers" who are popular and vigorous, I have a long way to go, but here. I began to find the direction of the road: the road is at the foot, solidly done, practical, do not fantasize, do not blindly follow, do not touch the leadership! I feel that during this time, I was tired and gave up, but I chose to persist! Do not pursue personal fame and fortune, do not care about personal gains and losses, perseverance, and insist on walking around the customers!

Third, personal marketing thinking is exercised. Thanks to Manager Li, I am able to educate you and teach me carefully. I can give me a serious analysis and summary in every daily work report. Very good, very grateful, very profitable! It is more difficult to be a good salesperson, but as long as you are in the right direction, you can hope for it! These gains, no personal experience is not realized, of course, without the guidance and analysis of Manager Li, I will not harvest so much!

Of course, during the period, I also brought some trouble to the company, and even caused some mistakes, and I am also forgiven!

All in all, this winter holiday social practice is fulfilling! For me, it is also a matter of conscience! All my actions: I am right! I am working hard, I am pursuing perfection!
