Third, the unit's limited funds are managed and used well. In the case of tight funds, everything is around production, ensuring the production needs of the first line, and ensuring the normal operation of the funds of this bureau. Use the limited funds well and use them to make more effective.

Fourth, give full play to the role of model leadership, the power of role models is endless.
