First of all, I would like to thank the Party Committee for providing me with the opportunity to compete for this job. My name is xx, and I am xx years old. I have a bachelor's degree. Today, my competitive position is the Chief of the Bureau of Finance.

Since I participated in the xx work in 1995, I have worked in the positions of communication staff, full-time teachers, accounting, corporate accounting, company accounting, five financial chiefs, and deputy chief of the finance department. Since I have been engaged in accounting work, I have been able to earnestly study professional knowledge, legal knowledge, financial and economic regulations, and actively cooperate closely with the bureau leaders and finance chiefs. This time, the deputy competition of various departments in the overall situation is the need of the new situation. It is a way to select and appoint middle-level cadres. It can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties and stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility of the cadre workers and entrepreneurs. Injecting new vitality, this time, I am the deputy section chief of the Finance Department of the Competition Bureau. If I am lucky enough to succeed, I will try my best to do the following:

1. Formulate practical rules and regulations and management methods, standardize financial behavior, and prevent loss of assets. Financial management methods and rules and regulations are effective measures to constrain financial behavior and are the yardstick for every financial personnel. Formulating practical rules and regulations and management methods plays an important role in strengthening economic accounting, raising the level of accounting, and promoting the development of units to increase revenues and reduce expenditures and the cause of the Yellow River.

Second, strengthen self-construction, continuously improve the quality of financial personnel, coordinate with accounting personnel, clarify job responsibilities, strictly follow the "Accounting Law", continuously strengthen the training of accountants, and constantly improve their own quality and financial management capabilities to ensure that the interests of the unit are not loss.

Third, the unit's limited funds are managed and used well. In the case of tight funds, everything is around production, ensuring the production needs of the first line, and ensuring the normal operation of the funds of this bureau. Use the limited funds well and use them to make more effective.

Fourth, give full play to the role of model leadership, the power of role models is endless. As a leader of the department, it is necessary to infect people with a high degree of enthusiasm, to promote people with exquisite business, to educate people with noble sentiments, to unite with broad minds, to always take the lead and strive to be the leader.

5. Strict self-discipline, self-denial, strict requirements, lean down and work, comrades with comrades, consciously resist the unhealthy trend, and be a good cadre who is honest and dedicated and willing to contribute.
