Part II: Work Review Since I entered Shuanghui in XX, I have come from one ordinary workshop staff to equipment maintenance workers and equipment maintenance squad leaders step by step. I am eager for knowledge, modesty, and eagerness. In this step-by-step growth process, I have not only greatly improved my technical level, but also comprehensively and thoroughly mastered the equipment maintenance, water supply, steam supply, refrigeration, and other related knowledge and related management of the power plant. Work, more importantly: I have an in-depth and thorough understanding and understanding of the feelings, voices, and needs of employees at all levels, from employees to workshop leaders. This comprehensive knowledge has laid a full and solid foundation for my creative work in personnel management, energy management, equipment management, and safety management. During the squad leader of the Texas Shuanghui Power Workshop slaughtering and maintenance team, I focused on the following aspects.
1. In terms of personnel management, we have formulated our own management regulations in accordance with the company's various management regulations, such as: late arrival, off-the-job, early departure, unsatisfactory work, dry work, unsettled work, poor maintenance, rework, workshop Feedback and so on all correspond to a series of penalties, which have not only improved work efficiency, but also improved the quality of maintenance.
Second, in the maintenance and maintenance of equipment, we have developed a personal contracting system, each equipment is contracted to individuals, and each equipment has a maintenance period, the contractor regularly maintenance of the equipment level, no regular maintenance of the refueling Corresponding penalties were imposed. The equipment damage was found to be due to the failure of the overhaul, and the contractor was also punished accordingly. Since the establishment of these systems, the failure rate of our slaughtering equipment has been almost zero.
Third, we have carried out a series of innovations and renovations on the workshop in terms of controlling maintenance costs and energy saving.
1. The shower water pipe of the shower ring was modified, and the original open shower was changed into a pinhole type shower, so that not only water was saved, but also the shower was evenly distributed.
2. In the first half of XX, the sewage treatment water was used to rinse the pig collection square. The sewage treatment station was refitted and adjusted. The treated water was close to the standard discharge standard. To save water, the treated wastewater was used to flush the collected pigs. The pig collection square should be washed twice a day, the water consumption is about 30t, and the treated wastewater can save about 900t per month. In June XX, the sewage treatment water meets the national first-class emission standard and passes a frequency conversion. The pump and the installation of part of the pipeline, the treated water is transported to the ring to be slaughtered, used to wash the ring to be slaughtered, the average water consumption of the ring to be slaughtered is 140t per day, and the water can be saved 4200t per month;


3. Reconstruction of water pipes in the production line of white strips. In the past, a single person used a water pipe to flush water. After the transformation, the solenoid valve was used for control. When the white strip passed, the water was automatically sprayed. When the air tank was closed, the valve was automatically closed to save water and a worker. Only one person was saved, and the annual salary saved was 20,000 yuan.
4, the transformation of the pig. The original pigs must be operated by one person. Through the transformation, a foot valve can be installed, which can be controlled by the pig-keepers, reducing one employee and saving 20,000 yuan in salary per year;
5. Add pigskin conveyor belt; after the western stripping machine is peeled in the slaughtering workshop, an employee needs to use a hopper truck to bypass the second lifting position to turn the pigskin, waste manpower, and there are safety hazards. After research, in the peeling machine After the installation of a conveyor belt, the pig skin is transported to the east line stripping machine through the conveyor belt to collect and rotate, reducing personnel input and eliminating potential safety hazards;
6. The installation of automatic decoupling device under the red dirty area reduces the labor intensity of workers.
The third part, the deputy director of the power plant deputy director and the deputy director of work ideas is not only a power, but more importantly a responsibility. I personally work very hard, very serious, no matter what problems the leadership gives, any task can be completed in time, can not be resolved and can not solve the timely response to the leadership, will not swollen face fat, nor will they The responsibility is to shirk and rip. The first is that there are still many problems in workshop management. The specific performance is that employees can not effectively play their personal roles, the execution is not strong enough, the personnel are unstable, the number of new employees is high, the overall technical level is low, and the enthusiasm of employees is not strong;
The second is the equipment maintenance and cost control issues, which are mainly manifested in the small supervision of the use and safety operation of the workshop, which leads to the indifference of the safety operation of some employees and the lack of awareness of conservation, resulting in damage to equipment due to improper operation and waste of energy. serious;
The third is the issue of innovation, which is mainly manifested in the fact that the ideas are not broad enough, the innovation is not wide enough, and the strength is not strong enough.
I think the next step I will start working on the following aspects:
1) Assist the workshop director to strengthen the management of the squad leader of each squad. 2. For equipment maintenance and cost control issues, I would like to control from the following aspects:
