First, my competitive advantage and disadvantage.
After the experience and summary of the temporary lobby manager in the previous three months, I think I have the following advantages:

1. Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
In the labor competition of e-banking in the first quarter, due to the objective reasons of the environment in which our branch office is located, there are many low-end and mid-end customers, and the development of various businesses is not very smooth, a strong sense of urgency and a sense of urgency. hair. But things are artificial. I have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and carefully analyze the gap between us and other branch offices. I hope to find ways to reduce the gap and catch up with them. After careful analysis, I took targeted measures—that is, to seize the new account users, and all the users who open new accounts, we all ask them to open online banking, even if it will not operate, we have to teach him personally. At the same time, we also launched marketing of other channels, which effectively promoted the development of e-banking. As of today, our newsletter bank is far ahead of other branch offices, and online banking has completed 392% of the tasks issued by the branch.

2. Have a certain theoretical level and actual marketing ability.
Since I am a major in finance studies, and I continue to strengthen my studies in finance and marketing after work, I have a certain theoretical level. In the first four quarters of the first quarter of the e-banking marketing labor competition, I ranked 7th, 3rd, 1st, and 4th in the district, ranking first in the overall ranking. During my temporary appointment as the lobby manager, our branch office achieved a breakthrough in insurance sales for more than two years; the development of the fund and the household account was also at the forefront of the branch. One of the duties of the lobby manager is to strengthen communication with customers. Every branch office will inevitably have some arrogant and unreasonable customers, and it will inevitably lead to some discord. I always ask myself by the concept of adult self-discipline, and strive to create a value for the customer, provide convenience for the customer, provide a way to solve the problem for the customer, communicate with the user, and make a reasonable explanation after the heart. coordination. It turns out that many difficult customers are very polite now, and the business is handled according to regulations. The branch office also achieves the goal of zero complaints. If my competition is successful, I will continue to work closely around the various branches of the branch. Compare our branch office with other commercial banks in the vicinity, especially the comparison of services and business processes, recognize our strengths and gaps, and then strive to use the resources provided by the sub-branches, relying on the wisdom and strength of the entire branch office to develop Innovative, took the lead in building a community bank in the XX area of ​​Mindong, building a service brand and building a preferred bank in the regional market.

The responsibility of the lobby manager is to serve customers and promote marketing.
