Today, I am very honored to participate in this competitive speech here, I am very excited. First of all, I would like to thank the leaders for their training, support, and giving me this opportunity to stand here for a competitive speech! I cherish this competitive opportunity very much. Regardless of the results of the competition, I think that the whole process of participating in the competition is of great significance in itself, and I hope that through this competition, I can get more exercise and improve my work ability and overall quality. Today I am competing for the post of Director of Academic Affairs.

For me, being a woman has gone through 29 years of life and can't be young. Today, with fierce competition, opportunities and challenges, I embarked on today's podium with the purpose of testing, learning and improvement. I want to thank this era, the time has given me another chance; I also want to thank everyone who is sitting, you have given me great courage and confidence.

In the three years of working in kindergarten, I realized the responsibility and glory of doing this job. I also realized the hardships and difficulties in it. I am even more proud to grow up and mature in this team. As the saying goes, "Life is a hundred years, based on young learning." Early childhood education has always been called "downward rooted education". This sentence vividly depicts the status of early childhood education in people's lifelong development. The child is like a green seedling, and we need to take care of it and water it. Therefore, today I want to compete with the director of the Academic Affairs Office. One is to train myself better, and the other is to better serve the cause of early childhood education.

I made this choice based on the following two aspects. First of all, in the past three years, I have been working as the deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office and have accumulated rich work experience. Secondly, I have the self-awareness of doing a good job, love the preschool education, and are willing to give selfless dedication.

If today, I compete for this position, I will work harder to do this job, with excellent work performance, and live up to the high expectations of all of you.

First, position the position, be a good assistant. Respect the leadership of the head of the school at work, not overstep the power, not offside; actively think, make suggestions and suggestions; unite all comrades in the park, and work together to do a good job in early childhood education.

Second, strengthen learning and improve quality. In the future, we must strengthen the study of all aspects of knowledge, learn from books, and learn from colleagues around you.

I will do something innovative and rewarding in the teaching of early childhood education, and strive to embark on the scientific and standardized track of the early childhood education in our school.
