2012 Social Survey Report

During the summer vacation of this semester, we conducted a social practice with the theme of “City Health and Environmental Conditions”. Through this social practice activity, we visited relevant units and departments and collected information that we think is more realistic. This is not only helpful for social practice activities, but also for us. During this event, although we tried our best to collect the information we were able to find, we were only basically satisfied with this event.

The members of this social practice group are composed of me and Yu Yuhui. Of course, the staff is very limited, and there are certain restrictions on our social practice investigation. Some of the information we investigated is basically limited to our residence. Land, Yanqing County and Haidian District and Fengtai District naturally lack certain representation, but our data and information are personally believed to make up for these defects.

In the investigation work of these three major items, we have tried our best and encountered many difficulties. Of course, we have overcome many difficulties and benefited us a lot.

In the xx city health construction survey, in order to understand the health development status of xx city in the past five years, I and Liu Yuhui successively visited the Shiheying Community Neighborhood Committee of Yanqing County, xx City, and xx Street Office of xx City, and some restaurants, such as New Town Service Building. In the survey on the implementation of the National Health City Standards, I visited the Haidian District Health Bureau to understand the situation, but the investigation was initially rejected by the relevant personnel on the grounds that "this situation belongs to the Sanitation Bureau." In addition, the investigation of this work is what we have seen and heard in the past few years, and that is all.

In the survey of comprehensive health quality of citizens, the questionnaires were mainly used to issue “Comprehensive Health Quality Survey Form” to urban residents. The questionnaires were mainly distributed in areas we are familiar with. For example, my questionnaire was mainly distributed in The students in the Qingta Community and nearby research institutes were filled in, and Liu Yuhui’s questionnaire was mainly based on her high school classmates and parents’ units. Therefore, Liu Yuhui and I also distributed questionnaires among unfamiliar people in order to obtain our data. More accurate and more representative. However, the questionnaires that can be recovered are limited, and a considerable number of people are not willing to cooperate with our work. About the school we surveyed is Yuying Middle School of xx City. We saw that teachers are not only preaching, receiving business, and solving problems. I think the most difficult possibility in this practice investigation activity is the visit of the Haidian District Epidemic Prevention Station and the Haidian District Environmental Protection Bureau. Because we have encountered a lot of nails in this section, they expressed that they were not very welcome for visiting them. It has made it harder for us to work. Although this is the case, we still try our best to search for the information we need. It is very difficult.

I think this is our experience in this practice. Although it is very ordinary, ordinary and general, we are doing it seriously and doing our best to investigate and visit. Perhaps the result will not be so satisfactory to us. But we believe that the experience of this survey has made us unforgettable and has benefited us a lot.
