Educational Internship Survey Report


I was assigned to an educational internship at the Hongxing Middle School in Maanshan City. The internship included two aspects, one was the educational internship in the professional class, and the other was the work internship of the class teacher. During this period, I actively worked hard and humbly consulted experienced teachers and achieved excellent results. At the same time, I did an in-depth investigation during the internship, which is for the language class. The investigation process was very hard. In order to get the real thoughts of teachers and students, I had a lot of thoughts. The final result of the survey is still very satisfying.
In order to obtain materials in a comprehensive and detailed manner, I am not only limited to the surveys of the two classes I took in my internship, but also cross-class, grade-level surveys, and even to the internship schools where other students are located. An important survey is in the form of a questionnaire. At the same time, I also actively talk to students and communicate with teachers to better understand the situation.
Here, I will introduce the results of my own survey and talk about some views on the teaching and learning of Chinese in middle school. Some of the questions may be mentioned by the predecessors or teachers often talk about, but I think this is for us. For students, it is a real experience and feeling, not just a theoretical understanding. I hope that my understanding will have some effect on my future work.
First of all, from the perspective of teachers, talk about the situation of language teaching.
My investigation found that the teaching methods used by most teachers in the current Chinese classroom teaching are correct, and it is in line with the actual situation of teaching. Many language teachers have designed a lot of questions during class preparation so that they can ask students when they are in class and achieve the purpose of communicating with students. Some Chinese teachers in the survey told me that the current students are lazy and do not pay much attention to the study. Especially in the language class, they think that they will not score too high when they try hard or not, and they will not score very low. There will not be too much difference with other students, and if you work hard, you may not be able to achieve good results. Therefore, when you let them go home to prepare the text, most students basically do not look at it. Therefore, it is necessary to ask more questions in class so that they can be forced to see after class. In the process of Chinese teaching, we must ask more “why”. This aspect can make teachers and students communicate, on the other hand, we can further explore the relevant content of the textbook. I also used this method in my internship teaching, and the results were really good.
Some advanced teaching methods and teaching concepts have not been very popular in the current middle school teaching. The important reason is that the effect of using this teaching method is not very satisfactory, and the opportunities for teacher-student interaction are reduced. Taking the use of multimedia teaching as an example, the students' eyeballs were attracted to the big screen during class, and few students read the book again. Students love to read some pictures, and the memories of the pictures are very clear, but they ignore the words next to the pictures. This teaching method also makes the teacher become lazy. Most of the teachers have few books in the multimedia class. Some teachers have not written a word on the blackboard at all, and the students will not take notes.
The teachers think that the language scores of the students in a class are very different, and the students can be divided into several categories. It is almost impossible for a teacher to let all students have good language and literature. It depends on the specific situation of the students, and they have different requirements for students depending on their individual circumstances. For the students with very poor grades, some teachers took the attitude of giving up. They thought that they could not sacrifice the interests of everyone because of the poor performance of a certain student. It is not worth it, and the teacher's energy is limited. The teachers also admitted that they had prejudice in the process of teaching, but this is also a no-brainer. After all, there is a college entrance examination baton that binds them invisibly. Teachers can't treat students equally, and teachers can tell me very honestly that it is really commendable.
In the process of Chinese teaching, teachers should be more serious and careful about the teaching of classical Chinese, because there is a big problem in the examination is classical Chinese, and students can not accurately grasp the study of classical Chinese. In the survey, most of the teachers used the classical Chinese teaching method to allow students to read the textbooks and read them over and over again, so as to achieve reciting, and then to clear the words and explain some common syntax and sentence patterns of classical Chinese. In the teaching of classical Chinese, few teachers use multimedia teaching methods, mostly based on explanations, which makes students better remember. The novel's explanation is contrary to this. Multi-media is used to play some TV and movie clips, so that students can understand the plot of the story and feel the characters. This also shows that teachers can teach students in accordance with their aptitude.
In the survey, I also found that when the experienced teachers are teaching, the classroom atmosphere is always very active. They are not limited to teaching ginseng, excellent teaching plans, etc., and can play according to the actual situation of the students they teach. This is the deepest experience during listening to different teachers during my internship. When a teacher taught a very boring classical Chinese text, he added some oracle bones to the students, which aroused the students' great curiosity, stimulated their interest in the study of classical Chinese, and made the students remember the difficult words well. His language is also very humorous, and he does some movements from time to time, and has received very good teaching results. From this we can easily see, understand and analyze the actual situation of students, seek truth from facts, analyze specific problems, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude, which has a direct impact on the teaching situation. This is the "preparation of students at the same time as preparing students" mentioned in the education. This theory was verified in the investigation of my educational internship.
Second, let's talk about the situation of linguistics from the perspective of students.
In the survey, some students told me publicly that they were not interested in language learning and did not want to learn Chinese. They think that the language has been learning since the first year of the national primary school, and every day is also the mother tongue. Especially for science students, their thoughts are even more serious. They think that they don't want to be writers. The good language and literature are not very useful. Moreover, the scores on their own exams will not be too low. How unique is the current student, I still have a lot of benefits when I want to learn a good language. After all, there is a point in the college entrance examination, and the path of life is different. Moreover, after entering the society, it is necessary to conduct interpersonal communication. The good expression ability is very popular, that is, the object should be said to be beautiful.
Students are still very interested in the modern teaching methods, but they don't care if they wait for a long time. Some students told me that the teacher used the polyhedron teaching time to grasp the time is not very good, sometimes too fast, not able to remember notes, sometimes too slow, students feel boring. Some students simply told me that it is better to study online at home.
