National Middle School Winter Holiday Survey Report

Unconsciously, the grass on the side of the road has already appeared yellow-green, and the sun is more and more like to reveal his smiling face. A word floats in my mind, a power that sprouts in this world, and that is life.
Spring came and I returned to the familiar campus with the harvest of this winter vacation.
In the winter of 2007, this was my first winter vacation in college life. The beautiful campus carries my dreams - to be a glorious white warrior. The meaning of life is defined by oneself. In order to recharge my medical knowledge, the process of practice is that all textbooks cannot be given. The short winter vacation comes to the internship of Xincheng Red Cross Hospital.
For my student who has only half a year of medical experience, it should start with the most basic nursing work in the hospital. When I came to the hospital, I felt fresh and fearful of everything, even if I had been here as a patient.
In the mirror, I wore a clean white coat, a white hat and a mask. I thought about the pride of my first time wearing a white coat, and the firmness and confidence in my heart survived!
It seems that the simple nursing work has made me start to be a little confused. The original confidence has disappeared. I began to learn from the nurses humbly, followed the nurses tightly, and the young nurse patiently explained the knowledge about nursing. Slowly, I shuttled through the wards and learned about their nursing terms and some daily work.
I assisted the nurses to pick up the patients, do a good job in the four tests, mastered the blood pressure and body temperature measurement methods, and contacted the dosing link. Under the principle of “three check and seven pairs”, the patient was given liquid.
Finally, I had the opportunity to practice, thinking of the nurse to lick my operational essentials, carrying a vessel with a tourniquet, tape, and iodine, and came to the ward. With a smile: "Auntie, the injection is made. I tied the patient to a tourniquet, disinfected with iodine, then picked up the needle and carefully inserted it into the patient's blood vessel. I saw a blood return in the tube, a feeling of relief. Spread the whole body. Unexpectedly, the first time the body was tied, it would be so smooth!
When the nurse told me about the real case of the patient's death because of a small bubble in the IV tube, I was shocked and began to admire these ordinary nurses.
On February 21st, with the consent of the hospital leader, I observed a case of high ligament ligation and exfoliation of the left lower extremity! The family of the patient before the operation looked at the doctor of the surgeon with a look of anticipation, and suddenly made me feel the great responsibility of the doctor. The operation time is about two hours. The surgeon's superb medical skills have taught me the importance of basic medical knowledge. His care is as careful as taking the patient as his family, just as the physical teacher once said. : Although you are experimenting with animals, you will want to see people in the future! Therefore, I am deeply aware that we must improve our professional quality.
After a short 15-day hospital internship, I finally got a breath. Think about the busy days of these days, and then think about the nurses who work hard every day, only to know that nursing work is not easy.
I feel that nursing work requires not only skilled skills, but also excellent professional qualities:
1. Ideological quality: It is necessary to educate and train every nursing staff to love nursing work, to dedicate themselves to nursing career, and to establish strong professional ideas; to have lofty moral qualities, noble sentiments and good medical ethics, to follow the example of Bethune, and to promote the rescue of the wounded Carry out the revolutionary humanitarian spirit: sincere and frank, full of spirit, modest and prudent, serious and responsible; to be highly organized, disciplined and team spirit, to unite and cooperate, to protect the collective and to protect public property.
2. Professional quality: Nursing staff should be extremely responsible for patients, sincere attitude, enthusiasm, care for patients, master the psychological characteristics of patients, give detailed physical and mental care; strictly implement various rules and regulations, adhere to posts, act according to regulations, operate Formal, methodical, executive doctors and all operations must be concentrated, skilled, accurate, safe, timely, and strive for excellence; must have keen observation, be good at discovering changes in the condition, in case of sudden changes in illness, both calm and wit Flexible, and must be agile, accurate, and decisive in the rescue; do psychological care, require language to be kind, explain patience, do the patient's ideological work in a targeted manner, enhance their courage and confidence in fighting disease; keep clothing Neat, dignified, steady manners, courteous, simple and generous; style is decent, treats patients equally, and is serious about work.
3. Scientific quality: Nursing staff should have the spirit of seeking truth from facts and courage to control. It is necessary to carefully grasp the basic theories of the subject. Every nursing technology operation must know and understand why it is; nursing is a discipline that must be noted. In practice, we have accumulated rich clinical experience, we must master skilled technology and excellent skills; we must study hard and study and introduce advanced nursing technology at home and abroad; we must be good at summing up experience, continuous control, research, innovation, and hard work. Improve the level of business technology, and constantly promote the development of nursing; actively study and understand the knowledge of sociology, psychology, ethics, etc., broaden their knowledge, and better serve the physical and mental health of patients.
Similarly, we should be fully recognized as a dentist.
1. The doctor is a very ordinary profession. His responsibility is to save the wounded and save the patient's life.
2. Doctors should also have certain ideological qualities, professional qualities and scientific qualities. They must have a certain sense of responsibility and regard the patient's life as their own life.
3. Doctors must have the ability to innovate and explore and actively contribute to the future of medicine.
The new semester begins, and a new round of absorption and summarization of medical knowledge is kicking off. I will invest 100% in hard work: cheering - to all people!
