1. Choose self-employment

2. Choose to open a restaurant

3. Ten people said they might consider opening a hotel in the future, but no one chose to start a small restaurant.

three. Open a restaurant with management

Therefore, college students must also go to the countryside to put what they have learned into practice. Even if the situation at the time was different from the present, the practice of going to the countryside is almost the opposite. But this idea is fundamentally correct. The way can be changed. Up to now, there are still college comrades who say that opening a restaurant is a waste of their own talents?

If you really want to learn, open a restaurant, you are not enough knowledge. McDonald's, KFC, these multinational companies, after all, are restaurants. Others have college questions and have their own culture. When you want to open a second restaurant, you will suddenly discover that I want to turn over the management at the university. Continue, later, you will feel that you are too shallow, you will find a professional mba.

Nowadays, there are many books that use management language to write management books, such as "Spicy Three Kingdoms", "Boiled Three Kingdoms", etc. Can we not use management to open restaurants?

Therefore, the thinking of our college students, including most Chinese, is still solidified. It is believed that college students who have read books must be civilian and office workers. Perhaps the cost of higher education is too high, perhaps the times are progressing too fast, and we have not yet embraced the wave of education popularization.

But how to start a business on your own, how to open a restaurant with the wisdom of college students is not an easy task. It is also to investigate the 40 students. The problem is this: If you open a restaurant, what is the biggest difficulty? Almost 90% of the answers are for professional chefs, and then for funding. But the funding problem was solved, as if the chef was looking for it.

Let's take a look at the successful young man above. This is not necessary. This spirit of courage and daring is what society should advocate. The thinking of college students is very unique. To develop their own strengths, opening a restaurant is also an innovation.

I also did a less formal investigation, so I usually observe the situation of small restaurants around the school. I summed up a few points:

Restaurants are relatively concentrated in a certain location and special location, from which you can see their location advantage. The choice is large in student traffic and close to the school. This is convenient for students. The average student chooses to eat in the cafeteria for convenience. Therefore, site selection is very important. Coupled with the good dining environment of the restaurant, I believe it will attract many students. I witnessed the opening and closing of the Jinyan Lake restaurant. It was originally a street next door. There were not many students coming and going, and it was blindly opened...

The target group should be clear, and students should be the main body around the school, and everything should cater to the students' interest. I remember a restaurant, no name, opened around the school, but because a small number of migrant workers have positioned themselves as "low-level restaurants", the layout is poor, the food is poor, at least a gentle name. That college student is willing to go to such a place, even if it is vanity.

To be innovative, you must have your own characteristics. For example, the classmates' restaurant, the target is clear, the service is in place, and the most important thing is that it knows how to innovate. Students are the easiest to accept new things, classmates host a class reunion, run a birthday party, open a long-term couples package... It is a use of ideas, but the effect is out, the classy restaurant is fire.

These are my personal experiences, but unfortunately I did not go into the larger restaurants, hotels to investigate the situation, but do not doubt the need for management knowledge in large restaurants.
