High school student winter vacation investigation report

The three-day rural practice has given us a preliminary understanding of the three rural issues. On the basis of the investigation and research in the past few days, I have thought about and summarized the report on the status quo and problems of rural development.

The first part: the status quo characteristics Wuli Village, Zhujiang Town is a typical example of contemporary rural areas. In the three days of investigation in Wuli Village, we have seen the development situation and existing problems of China's contemporary rural areas from the development status of Wuli Village. I believe that the development of contemporary rural areas has the following characteristics:

First, the production structure has been adjusted. The production structure of rural areas has undergone many changes over the past decades. At present, the proportion of agricultural production based on cash crops is gradually increasing. Among the farmers surveyed by us, the majority of farmers planted vegetables and other foods for their own consumption, and the scale was small. The proportion of non-main staple crops such as persimmons and corn is high. In addition, the cultivation of dried fruits such as dates has also developed.

Second, the production methods have undergone varying degrees of change. At present, the production methods in rural areas have changed to varying degrees. The extent of this change is primarily determined by the scale of production. There are large-scale mechanized planting, greenhouse planting, and private planting of varying scales. The farmers we interviewed did not use modern farming equipment because of the limited planting scale; however, we learned that the use of large machinery in large farms is still very extensive.

Third, the quality of farmers has generally improved, and basic education in rural areas has developed significantly. Farmers are direct participants in agricultural production, and their quality is directly related to the sustainable development of agricultural production.

Ma Fei of Wuli Village is a famous date king. The super jujube he cultivated has reached the world's leading level. All of this is based on the spirit of research on scientific knowledge, coupled with a practical style. They are representatives of contemporary advanced peasants. They are the cadres of China's agricultural science and technology development. The improvement of the scientific and cultural quality of ordinary farmers is the performance of the overall quality of Chinese farmers. In just three days, we were exposed to many local farmers. When they talked with us, the analysis of some current situations was more objective and thorough, expounding their views and opinions on China's grassroots rural policies. Their views enrich our survey report.

With the strong support of the government, rural basic education has also made remarkable progress. The Zhizhi Elementary School, where our practice base is located, is the famous small country peasant child, recruiting farmers and children from six nearby villages. After decades of development, the school has become a school with advanced equipment and excellent teachers. Many peasant children not only have a dream of reading, but also enjoy the same treatment and educational resources as urban children.

4. The increase in farmers' economic income and the change in income structure. At present, the income of rural agricultural personnel is not limited to agricultural production. Many farmers choose to go out to work to increase their income. At the same time, due to the deepening of agricultural modernization, more rural laborers have moved to cities to contribute to urban construction. In this way, the income structure of farmers has been enriched, and the income of farmers has increased to varying degrees. At the same time, the rural labor force has also accelerated the construction of the city. Take the example of the farmer Li Bobo, his children are working in the county, and he occasionally goes out to work during the slack season. In this way, their income has greatly increased, and they have more opportunities to contact the city, and have greatly expanded their horizons.

The changes in the income structure of farmers have also increased their income to varying degrees. Among the farmers we interviewed, the telephone and TV ownership rate is as high as 90%; 40% of the farmers have organic vehicles, tractors and other means of transportation; electric fans, washing machines and other electrical appliances have become more popular, we can also see farmers from the waist Remove the mobile phone and send a text message. All of this, the e-commerce database '"//85*2*9&:9+" shows that the living standards of farmers have been greatly improved and improved.

5. Advanced large-scale planting bases are gradually emerging. In Wuli Village, we visited the Puheyuan Fruit Tree Base and the Yilianyuan Aquatic Flower Base. These two bases are national key bases, and many advanced varieties and technologies are tested here and then extended to general agricultural production. The development of advanced planting bases has driven the development of neighboring agriculture, and at the same time formed a chain reaction, providing a series of resources such as tourism and education, which in turn increased the output value of other rural industries. This is also the performance of China's agriculture to specialization and large-scale development.

Part II: Problems Existing The rapid development of the countryside has also exposed some problems. These issues involve multiple aspects. Due to the limited degree of investigation, only a few examples are given.

First, the issue of farmers' rights and interests. Safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers is the top priority in the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and it is also a problem that the Chinese government attaches great importance to. However, in fact, there are too many incidents that violate the rights of farmers. In Wuli Village alone, farmers generally report that their rights and interests are damaged. The construction of dormitory in the local factory and the requisition of peasant land, the compensation is very unreasonable, and even some farmers feel that life is not dependent. When the factory declares the expropriation, it is said that the farmer’s fertile land is a wasteland! This phenomenon has caused dissatisfaction among many local farmers. For this situation, most farmers are pessimistic and desperate, and they did not expect to use legal means to protect their rights and interests. This also invisibly contributes to the occurrence of such phenomena.

The attitude of farmers to take the plunge is profoundly social. A certain number of administrative problems have created obstacles for peasant authoritarianism. This is not solved in the short term. As one peasant said, the policies of the central, provincial, and municipal governments are good, but when villages and counties are implemented, mistakes sometimes occur. Therefore, rural issues are more about the development and improvement of grassroots work, which is also the difficulty and focus of the three rural issues. China's rural population is too large and the scope is too wide. These problems occur only in Wuli Village. Looking at the whole country, farmers' rights protection work has a long way to go!

Second, the problem of rural urbanization. With the development of the countryside, the peasants' demands for material and spiritual life are constantly improving, which is bound to make the rural areas gradually transition to cities. At present, it seems that this process is not very obvious, but many urbanization phenomena can be seen in the countryside. From an environmental point of view, there are also towering chimneys in the countryside. Although the environmental problems are still not obvious and have not affected the development of the countryside, in the long run, the protection of the rural environment is a link that cannot be ignored. How to start from the beginning, develop the rural environmental protection economy, and avoid the old path of re-taking urban pollution is a problem that will soon be placed before us.

Third, rural medical and insurance issues. After years of efforts, rural health insurance has been carried out in many places. Farmers in Wuli Village only need to pay 24 yuan a year, and they can reimburse 10% of the expenses when they see a doctor in a village hospital. This is undoubtedly a good policy. However, farmers have reported that drug prices are too high, and many farmers are basically sick or dodge with soil. The high drug price is a common phenomenon, but whether we can take different measures against the actual situation of farmers and let farmers' basic medical care be further protected is something we still need to work hard to improve.

The third part: summarizing and summarizing the above points, the solution to the three rural issues in China has achieved fruitful results, and there have been different changes in the aspects of farmers' living standards, rural industrial adjustment, and sustainable agricultural development. However, some problems still exist. We can only continue to produce results on this issue if we persist in the scientific concept of development and persist in dialectically analyzing the status quo of the three rural issues. As a young student, after this practice survey, I have gained a lot. I began to pay attention to the major events of the country and to be proud of my ability to analyze the country's emotions. In the future, I will treat learning with full enthusiasm, establish a lofty ideal, and build my country's future with my own knowledge.
