Through investigation and research, we have a preliminary understanding of the emotions of juniors at Shuren University. In order to accurately grasp the emotional trends of current junior students, deepen the reform of teaching and employment, strengthen the pertinence of education and teaching, and improve education and teaching. Effectiveness provides an objective basis.

The entire survey was held, and four dormitory student symposia. These symposiums not only provide us with a lot of vivid and typical materials, but also provide a basis for rational analysis.

II. Analysis of the survey results The analysis of the students' questionnaires and the results of the students' interviews show that the contemporary college students' emotional psychology has obvious characteristics of the times.

Analysis of the emotional status quo of contemporary junior colleges

Communication difficulties

According to the survey, about 23% of juniors have certain problems in their relationships. Some students have a tendency to autistic and are unwilling to interact with others. Some students communicate with each other for communication, and they sacrifice the principle to follow the trend.

2. High pressure

the survey suggests. About 30% of juniors feel a lot of pressure. Part of their pressure comes from the fact that their majors are not loved, which makes them long-term internal conflicts and pains. In addition, the overburdened curriculum, problems with learning methods, constant examinations of various sizes, and severe employment situations will put pressure on them.

3. Emotional confusion

According to the survey, nearly 35% of college students have emotional confusion. The psychological variation of college students caused by the failure of love is the most prominent phenomenon. Some people go to extremes and even cause tragedy. "In my sophomore year, my ex-girlfriend suddenly proposed to break up with me." A student surnamed Zhang said, "I can't forget the girl, I still can't feel relieved."

3. Other

The survey shows that 12% have emotional confusion like this.

A survey of the emotional characteristics of current juniors in Shuren shows that the current mood of juniors is significantly different than others.

1. Self-expression development and capacity building.

2. Interpersonal relationships are too narrow.

3. Love and emotional issues are more prominent.

Second, the thinking of the survey results The current analysis of the emotional status of junior college students in Shuren University The current mainstream of Shuren University, the mainstream is positive, they are growing up healthily, but also have a negative side, can not be ignored.

1. The impact of market economy development From a macro perspective, juniors are deeply touched by the rapid pace of national economic development and are delighted with brilliant economic achievements. The survey results show that 98% of students are full of good future, and 82% of them have a deep understanding of the essential nature of the “competition” market economy. From a microscopic point of view, the market economy has penetrated into every corner, the production structure and production methods are constantly changing, and the vigorous reform movement has caused a qualitative change in China. College students are extremely excited about these changes because they enjoy the economic and cultural interests that are hidden in them, making them unwilling to graduate and unemployed, and eager to integrate into the contemporary economic wave.

2. The impact of national higher education reforms With the reform of higher education, more and more people have the opportunity to go to college. The survey results show that 26% of students believe that families are unable to afford college students with high expenses of 52%. I think that the university does not have a distribution and feels awkward, so that there is no purpose in learning. It is necessary to point out that due to the influence of the reform of the enrollment and distribution system of higher education, some students with both moral and political skills are confused and disappointed, and gradually diminish their interest in learning and lose their enthusiasm for learning.

3. The impact of school education In the process of university education becoming a public, universities around the country are blindly pursuing high enrollment rates, ignoring the cultivation of students. Moreover, due to the constraints of funds and talents, the vertical multi-level and horizontal multi-objective needs of students' learning cannot be satisfied, which leads to conflicts between student needs and school education, and the disconnect between students and society.

4. Teacher's influence Among the many influencing factors, we believe that teachers' influence on students is the most direct, lasting and effective. However, the current problem is that due to the lag of teachers' behavior, the constraints and negative influences of teachers' education and teaching work on student learning are also expanding.

5. Social influence

The rapid development of the economy is of great significance to the society, but there are also many problems that accompany it. These problems have also been brought into the school, which has also had a negative adverse impact on students.

2) The countermeasures that form a healthy learning psychology The factors that influence students' emotions are very complicated, so the task of helping them form healthy emotions is very arduous. According to the problems revealed in this survey, Zhang Xiaoping, a psychoanalyst and a master of philosophy, said that from the perspective of individual physical and mental development, college students are in a period of transition from adolescents to adulthood. In this stage, there will be pride and inferiority. Conflicts and conflicts, conflicts between the need for strong communication and loneliness, and conflicts between ideals and reality. If these contradictions and conflicts are too strong and lasting, when they encounter certain kinds of stimuli, they will easily appear psychological obstacles and affect the healthy development of the individual.
From the perspective of real life, the advantages formed by college students in middle school disappeared, and the "central" status was threatened, which also caused a sense of loss and fear. In addition, among the contemporary college students, the only child accounts for a large proportion. The only child often has a strong sense of self-centeredness, lacks social exercise, and is psychologically vulnerable, which is also likely to cause these problems.
