A survey of college students showed that 17% of college students have psychological problems. Difficulties in communication, stress in studying and employment, fluctuations in love and emotions, and personality defects have become the four major psychological problems that plague college students.

The survey results were released on June 25. The survey was completed by Fuzhou Bozhi Market Research Co., Ltd., and visited Fujian Normal University, Fuzhou University, Fujian Finance Vocational and Technical College, Fujian Medical University, Fujian Engineering College, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. Waiting for 1,200 college students from 6 colleges and universities.

According to the survey, about 23% of college students have certain problems in their relationships. Some students have a tendency to autistic and are unwilling to interact with others; some students communicate for the sake of communication and do not hesitate to sacrifice the principle.

In addition to difficulties in communication, studying employment pressure, love emotional fluctuations, personality defects, etc. are also important issues that plague college students.

About 30% of college students feel a lot of pressure. Part of their pressure comes from the fact that their majors are not loved, which makes them long-term internal conflicts and pains. In addition, the overburdened curriculum, problems with learning methods, constant examinations of various sizes, and severe employment situations will put pressure on them.

Xiao Zhang, who is about to graduate, has participated in four job fairs. He has not found a suitable position and is extremely depressed. "I have to graduate from the medical university this year, but I can't get into a good hospital. I don't even think about what it will be tomorrow. I am not a blind man, but it is a blind person when choosing a career."

Nearly 35% of college students have emotional confusion, and the psychological variation of college students caused by the failure of love is the most prominent phenomenon. Some people go to extremes and even cause tragedies. "In my sophomore year, my ex-girlfriend suddenly proposed to break up with me." A student surnamed Huang said, "I can't forget the girl, I still can't feel free."

The survey found that 14% of college students had depressive symptoms, 17% had anxiety symptoms, and 12% had hostility. Moreover, the psychological problems of students are different in stages. The first-year college students concentrate on the new life adaptation problems, which have both learning problems, professional problems, and interpersonal problems. The problems in the second grade are interpersonal communication, learning and career, and emotion. Love; the third grade focuses on self-expression development and ability development, interpersonal communication, love and emotional issues; the fourth grade is based on career choices, with problems of love, future development and capacity building. Compared with urban college students, rural college students have more psychological problems.

Excessive pressure makes college students emotionally prone to loss and depression. A sophomore who was surveyed said: "I always have an unspeakable depression and depression. I feel awkward and feel uninterested. I always want to cry, but I can’t cry, even if I have a happy event. There is no joy at all. Now I can't sleep well, often have nightmares."

According to the problems revealed in this survey, Zhang Xiaoping, a psychoanalyst and a master of philosophy, said that from the perspective of individual physical and mental development, college students are in a period of transition from adolescents to adulthood. In this stage, there will be pride and inferiority. Conflicts and conflicts, conflicts between the need for strong communication and loneliness, and conflicts between ideals and reality. If these contradictions and conflicts are too strong and lasting, when they encounter certain kinds of stimuli, they will easily appear psychological obstacles and affect the healthy development of the individual.

From the perspective of real life, the advantages formed by college students in middle school disappeared, and the "central" status was threatened, which also caused a sense of loss and fear. In addition, among the contemporary college students, the only child accounts for a large proportion. The only child often has a strong sense of self-centeredness, lacks social exercise, and is psychologically vulnerable, which is also likely to cause these problems.
