I. Basic conditions and main features of individual and private economy in Yangjiang City

In XX, there were 36,171 individual and private enterprises in Yangjiang City. The city's individual and private enterprises achieved a GDP of 9.82 billion yuan, an increase of 12.49% over the previous year; industrial output value of 11.2 billion yuan, an increase of 21.70%; export delivery value of 4.262 billion yuan. Individual and private economic financing difficulties. The normal relationship between benevolent interactions between banks and enterprises has not really been established. Private enterprises have narrow financing channels and lack effective financing channels.

The management model lags behind and affects its own development. Family-owned management and paternal decision-making are common in private companies.
