XX-9-12------16, our research department conducted a comprehensive survey on the summer practice of all students of Grade 03-01, and found that the practice of our students this year was in full swing and varied. They were physically tempered and inspired and sublimated in their minds, which enabled them to have a life experience and practical experience for their future study and life. And work has an important impact.

In order to further encourage our students to participate in social practice and guide students to participate in the practice, our department successfully held the "Summer Practical Experience Exchange Meeting" at 7:00 pm on September 19th, and the practitioners spoke freely. Share their experiences and experiences together. Again, I will summarize the situation of my summer time activities as three activities:

The Secretary of the General League of China led some of the students to participate in the Marketing Skills Competition. In order to cherish this hard-won opportunity, the participating students make unremitting efforts and make full preparations to actively meet the challenges. This activity fully developed their performance and cultivated their courage and confidence.

Mr. Feng Jiandong led some of the students to conduct in-depth field visits and investigations of certain advantageous enterprises in the urban area. In order to ensure the safety and practice of all members, Feng teacher unified command and strengthen management. After the students collected a large amount of real relevant corporate information, Professor Feng and Professor Cai personally guided and screened and modified the materials to guide them to form their own academic papers or investigation reports. This activity trains students' ability to judge and analyze things and adapt to work in unfamiliar environments.

There are also some students led by Teacher Xu, who are conducting investigations and research on the low-income families in Zhengzhou. In the course of the actual investigation, the practice team encountered many problems, but because Xu was more experienced in the team, he was able to solve it under his leadership. I learned from the practical papers of some group members that the students are very hard, but everyone is very happy because they feel a lot of things from them, cause them to ponder, inspire their future work, life and study, and give them positive future. Aggressiveness provides a powerful spiritual drive. In addition, after the leadership of our department and the Bafang Electric Appliances, many students have the opportunity to enter the eight parties to participate in practice and gain experience. Zhengzhou Enterprise Planning and Management Consulting Co., Ltd., which is run by our teacher, provides job opportunities for some of our classmates, as well as the activities of the three villages organized by the Youth League Committee. The efforts of these teachers and leaders have added as much valuable practical experience as possible to as many students as possible. At the same time, they add to their colorful summer life.

Second, some of my classmates spontaneously contacted the job, so that the students of our department had the opportunity to participate in practical exercises.

During the holiday practice, due to the lack of social experience of many college students, they did not want or dare to go to summer social practice alone. Therefore, some of my classmates have been trying to train themselves and more students to find work opportunities, let many students practice their activities together, and some form their own organizational team among the students, thus reducing The work risk has increased your interest in work. And in the process of working, they cultivated a sense of teamwork and made them realize the importance of teamwork. In the search for work, they were accidentally defrauded by some illegal intermediaries to get some money, and with reasonable efforts, they had reasonable treatment and optimistic results. Looking at the development and growth of any organization and department is inseparable from a team. The success or failure of a team directly affects the fate of each member, so most of the current team team awareness is particularly important. The biggest gain from this practice is how to build a sense of teamwork at work, which provides a huge capital for their future employment.

Three self-practices.

Some students returned to their hometowns to find practical opportunities during the holidays, and the form of practice is very rich. Some students independently conducted questionnaire design and research, some investigated the development potential of the breakfast market in a certain area, some investigated the existing problems in the rural areas, some investigated the internal management and economic structure of the enterprise, and some went to Zhengzhou City. The color TV industry conducts investigations, and so on. The novelty of these contents, the innovation of behavior, and the broadness of thoughts are an innovative point of this summer's practice, and there is no shortage of freshmen. This shows that although they have very little theoretical knowledge, they already have the minds and visions of the businessmen who know the opportunities and entry points to look at the market to find the market. I think that when students who have practiced this way learn theoretical knowledge, it will be very good to translate into the ability to connect with the actual aspects. At the same time, this shows that they have a strong sense of thinking, innovative consciousness and hands-on ability, paving the way for them to adapt to the fierce social development trend.

From the overall comparison of the practice of the grades, the students in the sophomore year pay more attention to the simple work; the students in the third year are more mature, so they tend to plan the concept and implementation of the organization plan; and the students in the seniors focus on The actual work is carried out to discover many phenomena or working methods and programs of the enterprise. The practice of the three grades is different, which is normal and helps students of all grades to improve in different degrees. Some students have also started some entrepreneurial activities during the summer. Some have started to open up markets for start-up companies, and some have organized some people to engage in a small name company, and some as a regional agent of a company. In general, personal entrepreneurship has enabled many truly capable people to sublimate themselves, making the students who are full of books and tastes socially motivated.

The number of students who set up training courses is also numerous. Some students train English and some train mathematics. On the one hand, they cultivate their own qualities and temperament, on the other hand, they have consolidated their knowledge system. Another innovation in this summer practice is that some students begin to use their professional knowledge to enter the factory or the company to guide some adults or train them. In summary of the above practical activities, we can see that the performance of the summer vacation practice activities of this semester of the Department of Business and Industry is very brilliant, far reaching the expected results. Because many students have really entered the society to participate in practice during the holidays, the theory has been linked to practice, and the school has fulfilled the requirements of “learning to use”. There is also a point about the quality of my classmates reflected in practice. Some students can resolutely resign from high-paying jobs when they find that they are honest in their jobs, which reflects their sense of justice and integrity.

Of course, while we have achieved good results, there are still some shortcomings. such as:

Some students hold the idea of ​​"face can not be lost", and they quit halfway through the work; some students are busy at home during the summer and refuse to participate in practice; some students are low-handed, do not find the ideal job, etc.
