This requires me to be quite familiar with some of the company's own business processes and product features. So every day I go to work, I will go earlier than my colleagues. I have prepared some information to be checked at any time. Of course, if this information can be put in my mind, it would be better, so I will read it several times as soon as I have time. Work is still relatively smooth, usually accepting multiple calls every day, the phone is usually short, just need to make some relevant introductions, of course, some customers need more detailed information, so I need to be global We all make a description and try to let the other party know more about our products. The most important thing is to make them feel that our products are very good. Although I think that eloquence is not good, I can make things clearer and so satisfy customers. Every time I make the customer happy to hang up the phone, I feel very solid in my heart. Although I have already talked about it, I thought that maybe I just got a business just now, even if it is hard work, it is worth it. of.

The work is hard, especially one or two days before the weekend. The phone number is very special. It seems that everyone wants to finish some things before the weekend and wait for a rest during the holiday.

It’s easy to mess with a phone call. Fortunately, some colleagues are working together, and more often they help me. Sometimes I help them. Helping each other also makes the problem easier to solve.

On the weekend, the manager asked me to have a meal, to take care of me, and expressed my satisfaction with my work during this time.

In late March, I began to be officially responsible for the specific models. On the one hand, it deals with the handling of leather cases; on the other hand, it is the response of Japanese Seiko customers.

1, the handling of leather cases

In the process of dealing with holster affairs, what I did most was the reply of the quotation and the delivery of the order. Specifically divided into two categories: the first category is mass-produced products. The so-called mass-produced products refer to products that have been previously quoted and put into production. If customers have demand for products, they only need to place an order with our company. After the customer sends the order to the business owner, I will confirm the receipt and delivery to the holster business unit, and then write the relevant information to the customer at the corresponding position of the order. The customer received the po we signed back. If there is a request for the delivery date, I will contact me again and finally agree on a time acceptable to both parties. And I played the role of a coordinator throughout the process. The second category is unproduced products. In this case, the customer will send the sample to me first. After receiving it, I will immediately transfer it to the holster business unit to confirm the production. If it can't be produced, it will directly inform the customer that the company does not have the production capacity; if it can produce, the holster business department will make a quotation and produce one or several samples in a short period of time, and I will deliver the sample customer through dhl. If the customer is satisfied with the sample, the company will immediately issue a formal order and ask the company to help the production. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the sample, the amendment clause will be proposed until ok.

In addition, in addition to the above work, occasionally, we will work together to help customers provide various reports on product material certification. The quotation and order are classified and archived, and the order performance is entered in the corresponding folder of the computer.

2. The response of Japanese Seiko customers

Seiko is a new customer of our company. In the process of responding to this customer, I learned and got a preliminary understanding of the business operation process.

The response of the new model is a bit more troublesome than the leather case. First of all, our company will receive the inquiry information provided by the customer, etc. According to the material description in the lower right corner of the drawing, it can be judged that the department related to this production is the mold and plastic business department, and then sent to the relevant department supervisor for review and quotation. . After that, wait for the product to start after you get the customer contact. When developing, the person in charge should open a mold-opening contact ticket according to the customer's production plan or production schedule, and the mold technology department confirms and responds to the mold manufacturing schedule. After the mold is made, the test works will be produced and tested. In order to ensure the accuracy and quality of the products, our company will carry out several repairs before the customer type inspection. Before the customer goes to our company for inspection, I will inform the relevant departments to prepare the type inspection materials and reserve the conference room. During the type inspection process, both parties will comment on the areas that are difficult to correct and strive to reach an agreement. In the process, I mainly worked as a translator and made a good meeting record. After the type inspection, our company repaired the mold again, and finally reached the level of customer satisfaction, and then put into mass production. Customers will pay to our company on a regular basis in accordance with the prescribed methods.

Third, the internship feelings:

Constantly strengthen and enhance its own quality

After the internship, I gave a question mark to my professional philosophies. In addition to the language exchange, I have to understand other people's words. And I still need to further strengthen my hearing. In addition, the skilled use of computers is also very important. In the company, I often encounter the work of editing and processing texts. I didn't learn excel well at first, which became a major obstacle to my work. But now I have basically learned it.

Learn to deal with relationships

Serving in the sales department requires good communication and communication skills. Business work requires the assistance and cooperation of various departments. If I have excellent communication skills, it will definitely help my work. I still remember that when I just took over the holster business, the section chief said to me: "You must learn to be sleek in the company. In the process of handling the holster business, I had a single missed order. The customer sent an email and reminder because he had not received the goods. In the course of my work, I deeply realized that the telephone is the fastest and best way to contact customers. Because the information sent via email is slightly wrong, it will become evidence of customer complaints. Once, the customer asked me to provide them with a material analysis table. I didn't understand the ingredients and sent a very detailed analysis of the ingredients to the customer. As a result, the customer reflected that some of the materials did not meet the environmental requirements at all. Environmental proof of all ingredients. As a result, I couldn't solve it. Finally, the section chief told me that I was a newcomer and I was mistaken. The customer did not know what I thought about it. However, this requires me to know the situation and contact the customer at work, and of course remind me to be careful when sending emails.
