Therefore, before a project is launched, it is necessary to invest considerable human and material resources, including market research, market positioning, market analysis, project feasibility analysis, implementation of loans, identification of engineering construction teams, and many other research and investigations. The preliminary work is far more than this. In the following work, we have to complete the approval procedures of many government departments. First, we went to the design institute to complete the drawing design of our project. It is a blueprint for building, all the drawings. Together, they weigh more than 80 kilograms. With these drawings, we go to the construction committee to check whether it meets the city's overall plan and the files of the state and autonomous regions. There is also the Autonomous Region Greening Committee, which mainly compensates for the green land and trees destroyed during the site leveling process. The fire protection committee also has to go running, the main purpose is to prevent fire safety during construction.

Because I want to start school, I have to end my one-month internship before the official construction of this district. In fact, there is still a lot of work to be done, such as property management in the construction of the community, and the control of the progress of the construction. It belongs to the work of the previous department, but I have to say goodbye to my colleagues who have worked together for a month.

After more than a month of internship, I have a deeper understanding of the majors I have studied, especially in the field of real estate development. I used to listen to the teacher in the classroom. I understood it at the time, and I forgot all of it. Therefore, the effect is not ideal. The best way to learn is through the teacher's theoretical teaching, plus our practical practice, so that we can apply what we have learned and use theory to guide our practice. Not only the deepening of theoretical knowledge, I feel that the biggest achievement is that I have experienced the professionalism of my colleagues, that is, the team spirit that we are now emphasizing. Working in such a company is a kind of happiness, not a burden. Everyone regards it as their own business, and regards the growth of the enterprise as the goal of all employees to work together. The big guys help each other and are related to each other at work. I remember once, the construction committee asked us to fold all the drawings into uniform specifications, more than 80 kilograms of drawings! It’s easy to talk about, but there is no way to hurry. Time is money. In order to prevent the progress of the project from delaying one day, under the leadership of the former director Xiao Huang, five of us have folded the drawings for twelve hours. It was night. During the process, everyone encouraged each other and joked with each other, but no one said that they would back down. I think this is a kind of entrepreneurial spirit that we can't understand in the process of school learning.

After this internship, I set a rule for myself. In the future study, I must go all out to complete a task and cultivate a good habit of doing things. I think this is in the future life. very important.
