Summary of summer social practice work of middle school summer camp

From July 25th to August 7th, XX, I participated in the summer camp of Chinese Bridge Chinese and American Students organized by the National Chinese Promotion Office and the Henan Provincial Department of Education with more than ten students. During the event, he was responsible for the reception and communication of the teachers and students of the United States as a volunteer. First, preliminary preparation

First of all, I am very honored to have the opportunity to work as a Chinese Bridge volunteer. I would like to thank the teachers for giving me this opportunity. Overall, I think this Chinese Bridge work is the social practice that I have participated in since I went to college, which reflects the characteristics of the International Education Institute. Now I will talk about my own understanding from my personal feelings and understanding of the whole activity.

I first learned that the Chinese Bridge was a notice that was posted in the National Church. I was particularly excited at the time because I felt that such an opportunity was particularly rare. I could understand the American culture and the ideas of young Americans at the lowest cost, so I was at the first place. Time to the branch office to sign up to Tao teacher, I was the first to register. After that, I informed more than 20 people including Fan Shichao, Guo Xiaoqian, Yao Jingwei, Zhang Yihan, Huang Ang, Zhang Tianjiao and Teng Yun. I wanted to do something with a team with a common hobby. Although the university has a lot of teams, this powerful English team is still one of my ideals. In such a group, everyone's English concept is basically the same, and it is basically effortless to work together, and there is no problem in communication. Sophomore students learned about this event and signed up for it. Fortunately, I joined the last volunteers with the good friends mentioned above and became good friends with other familiar or slowly familiar students. Especially in this event, you can reach some outstanding students of the freshman year. If you are not an opportunity of Chinese Bridge, you may not know them.

Volunteers' selection work is better, and they also absorb the outstanding students of the freshman year, making the volunteer structure more reasonable. Moreover, we are good at all kinds of talents, so that everyone can complement each other. Here, we especially want to thank Mr. Zhao for his vision, so that the volunteer team gathers almost all aspects of the talents needed for the event. Fan Shichao did not participate in the selection at the time, but I recommended him to Mr. Zhao. He is the best male student I have ever seen in the Chinese teaching. Singing well, you can have an active atmosphere at the party. This is also one of the purposes of my participation in this activity, is to work with strong English people, in order to improve their English level, it is not enough to learn English in school.

Volunteers gathered at the end of August and grouped them. I was mainly responsible for the reception of teachers and students at the Confucius Institute in Los Angeles and the Confucius Institute in San Francisco. At the same time, I accompanied the No. 4 car to explain the sights and schedules. After grouping, we designed and tailored the room stickers for each US person and purchased the items needed for the party. Volunteers have met several times to get to know each other and understand each other and exchange their views on this event. In the early stage, I mainly discussed the matters of picking up the aircraft and arranging the vehicles with wheat and Huang Ang. Before I left, I searched Wikipedia for an introduction to the major cities in the US and printed them with other volunteers. Learn about some of the American cities and add their common sense. At this event, while helping American students understand China, I also strengthened my understanding of the United States. I think mutual understanding is the most important thing.

Second, foreign affairs reception

The camp of the summer camp is Luming Mountain Villa. The closed management of the mountain village guarantees the safety of the campers to the utmost extent. It is also the place where the high-tech recruitment in Henan Province is admitted. I am also honored to enter the forbidden land for the first time. The reception of Luming Villa is still very good overall. The room arrangement and the buffet setting made the US more satisfied. After the end of the US event, they gave a high evaluation of the reception.

After the preliminary work of the campers' end of the camp, the volunteers went to Xinzheng International Airport to pick up the respective campers. After picking up the plane, I gave a welcome speech to the teachers and students on the bus. Most of the campers I am responsible for are Chinese. The foundation of Chinese is better, and there are some common values ​​of Chinese circles. Campers outside the Chinese also have a strong interest in Chinese. Many of them have contacted me on Facebook with pinyin or Chinese characters after the event. This event has inspired their interest in Chinese. This also reflects Facebook's position among American students. Whether it is a college student or a middle school student, most people have a Facebook account, which is unmatched by similar websites in China.

There are fewer computers in Luming Mountain Villa. The teachers and students of the US want to use the Internet to contact the families of the students. Some teachers also send photos to the parents of the students. It can be seen that the importance of the Internet in daily life in the United States is not enough for Chinese students to stay online for a few days. But Americans use the Internet as a more important communication tool. The most popular newsletter in China does not have a similar market in the United States.

Chinese Bridge is a foreign event, and this is the first foreign event I participated in. Foreign affairs activities put extra emphasis on safety. I think this is very necessary because the domestic situation this year is more special than in previous years. This activity has protected the safety of foreign campers to the utmost extent. At the same time, Mr. Zhao also introduced some precautions and foreign ceremonies of foreign affairs work, and also learned the importance of China's foreign affairs work. Foreign affairs activities are fine, and foreign workers represent their own country. Going to the leadership of Hanban, going to every volunteer, every day is busy for every detail.

In this activity, I represent China. In the following Beijing Olympic Games, I also paid special attention to the work of volunteers and learned the spirit of volunteerism. In the project of volunteer selection, I said that after the Wenchuan earthquake, the Chinese people have a new understanding of the spirit of volunteers. This year is the first year of volunteers in China. I am also honored to be the first in the first year of volunteers. Volunteer work. Through the Chinese Bridge, I am full of confidence in China's diplomatic ability and foreign affairs activities. The Chinese people can always show the unique enthusiasm and exquisiteness of the Chinese nation in foreign affairs activities. The success of the Chinese Bridge and the Beijing Olympic Games is inseparable from the high attention paid by the Chinese to foreign affairs. The enthusiasm of the Chinese nation to hospitality is something that other ethnic groups do not have and is also a feature of the Chinese nation. When I watched the Olympics, I accepted the baptism of foreign affairs. The experience of the Chinese Bridge has also made me see the Olympic Games with more unique angles.

During the reception, I found that Americans are generally more direct, and they have gradually adapted to their way of speaking and speaking. Our reception staff also did a good job of courtesy. For the excessive demands of the US, we did not have the opportunity to move. In this respect, I also communicated and explained with the two leaders I was responsible for. Of course, the US reasonable advice has been adopted to the maximum extent. Trying to meet their reasonable requirements, foreign affairs activities are more based on the diplomatic image of a country. It is a big thing that some ordinary things in daily life rise to the perspective of foreign affairs. Solving these things requires methods and patience. The reception work is composed of every detail, and the details of the treatment determine the quality of the reception work.

Third, international exchanges

The United States is the most internationalized country on the planet, and people of all races and nationalities live together in this land of the United States. The descendants I met this time are Chinese, Pakistani, Brazilian, Japanese, and so on. I have found that the descendants of Taiwan speak better than the Chinese of the mainland, and it is obvious that Taiwanese people really value the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. People of the same race still like to play together. For example, the relationship between Chinese people is the closest. These Chinese are not all abc, but they are all second-generation Chinese in the United States. They still recognize Chinese culture. I am afraid that when the third generation is reached, there will be no sense of belonging to the Chinese nation.

Although the Chinese language level of Chinese students is uneven, their parents have invested a lot of effort to cultivate their recognition of Chinese culture. For example, a pair of Hong Kong brothers I took with me studied martial arts for three years in the United States, and their martial arts performances in the performances of the performances won a lot of fun.

During the event, American students traveled to Shaolin Temple, Tallinn, Henan Provincial Museum, Longmen Grottoes and other places, and also experienced the profoundness of Chinese culture. They like Fuwa very much, and they also sing the Chinese songs "Beijing Welcomes You", "嘻唰唰", "The Girl Looks Over". There are also students who study Chinese in diligently with a Chinese-English dictionary every day, and more students recite Tang poetry. It can be seen that Chinese culture has been loved by American students in all aspects.

American culture is more diverse. They only know what they like. Everyone is a single individual with a very free mind. The enthusiasm for culture also reflects the maximum individuality and tolerance. This time I saw an American girl who likes East Asia very much. She is a fan of the Korean football team and even has a cheering t-shirt from the Korean Red Devils cheerleaders. She likes Jay Chou and likes rain. It is obvious that the radiation range of East Asian culture is getting wider and wider.

Because I wore a few days of shirts during the event, I met many American fans. Many people took the initiative to greet me with my shirt. Football has no borders. I deeply understand this. I also saw a lot of fans like Manchester United who like me.

The day before the event ended, American student Jerry told me that he didn't want to leave China because China has such a warm and friendly friend who is the most enthusiastic in the world. More than a dozen volunteers have established a deep friendship with American friends. They talk about the culture of common concern and sing the same songs. Friends of different skin colors and ethnic groups played friendship and joy during this week.

At the report performance before the end of the event, watching the natural free performances of American students, the volunteers were very excited and also went on stage to sing and dance with American students. In this increasingly globalized world, international exchanges are even more important. Inviting foreign friends to come in is the best way to strengthen foreigners' understanding of China. The Olympics and Paralympics have proved this. With the in-depth development of Chinese language promotion, I believe that more foreign friends will learn Chinese and try to use Chinese Bridge to communicate. The American friends who use Chinese to stay on my facebook are "thank you," "hello," and "support." Prove this. The Chinese Bridge work has come to an end, and I hope that I can participate in similar international exchange activities in the future.
