This holiday coincides with the school organizing the first summer social practice activities. I participated in the name of the most exciting heart. My accommodation and work assignments are handled according to the factory regulations, and I am inevitably assigned to the old employees. In terms of accommodation, it was the first problem I encountered. The dormitory where I lived had three old employees, one of whom was in his 40s. It was difficult to get along. She worked in the restaurant from 3 am to 3 pm. When I was in the evening class, when we were sleeping well, she came back from work, not only shut the door openly, but also made a loud noise when she walked. Every time I came back, I woke us up. It is. More angrily, she often lie in bed and make a phone call, and the voice is very loud. For this reason, several of our new employees are very dissatisfied with her. Several times she told her to let her voice be small, and then still like that. I know that we were very painful that month. I thought that only two months ago, the endure was over, and the other two old employees were unbearable and went out to rent a house.

On the other hand, in the work, some team leaders have to see who is not pleasing to the eye. Whenever there is a chance to complete him, let him do some heavy work, hard work, and tired work. These are all true and actual. At that time, I lamented: "Fortunately, our team leader is better."

When we make products, we often have special inspectors to inspect them to see if the specifications are consistent. Whether there are nail marks on the product packaging, whether there are glue or dirty materials, we are somewhat unqualified. After the product is aware of this problem, we pay more attention to it in the future production process. Therefore, the defective products produced in the future production are obviously reduced. The quality is guaranteed, the efficiency will be improved, and the quality and efficiency are inseparable. Just because of the strict quality control, the products of the company will be sold overseas.

Fourth, safety, economy and cleanliness

The company advocates humane management, and safety awareness, conservation awareness and environmental awareness are part of its corporate culture. When we make products, we use recycled kraft paper, cardboard boxes and the like to save money and pay attention to environmental protection. At the same time, we have created a relatively relaxed and comfortable environment.

Every different identities and different positions have their own responsibilities. In the factory, there is a basic criterion for employees, that is, they do not use, do not receive, or decentralize the defective or inferior products, that is, the “three noes” criterion. I don't think they can't endure hardships, but they don't want to suffer. Look at those successful people. Behind their aura, they all have endless pains. The real society is a cruel society. To survive, you must learn to persist. Patience, but this does not mean cowardice. Seven, tired and happy
