On the first day, I came to the People’s Court of Yubei District where I was internship. After all, the buildings completed in XX year are quite fresh. Its geographical location is not far from the airport, and the aircraft will take off and land inadvertently every day. Although it is a new district, although it is less convenient for the convenience of urban life, it has more green and fresh, and has a nutritious supply of breakfast at noon. Therefore, the daily working status is naturally full of spirit. In this way, in addition to the trouble of getting into the car in the morning and evening, the rest are still comfortable, so the daily work mood is also a lot more pleasant. I was placed in the administrative court on the fifth floor. The office in the European-style building is also a modern atmosphere. However, the new building and the broadband network are slightly insufficiency.

The feeling of many things in the first time is often the most profound and the most memorable. The feeling of going to work on the first day and the first week is also true for me. The evaluation of oneself is a word "拙", and the impression of the job is two words "fresh". Although the practice and the original impression of the work of the court are not very different, but when it comes to the daily trivial work done by some clerk, it is quite a bit novel, and it exposes my serious lack of practical ability. . These matters such as printing, copying, stamping, registering new cases, organizing case files, and filling in the delivery of certificates, etc., seem to be as easy as a monk, and the unfamiliar experience of the newcomers is still very impressive. For example, the first time I contacted the automatic stapler, the freshness was as good as a child. Life can't be only smooth, and the experience is not all kind of pleasure. The embarrassing and unrecognizable ones are not a minority, such as the first time the judgement was printed. Before printing the manuscript, it was more than one-sided, so I thought that the print of this judgment was also true. Therefore, the single-sided printing was also adopted. At that time, one copy of 15 copies and seven sheets of paper were printed. Fortunately, the printers there found that they were timely and did not lose more, but this wasted. Paper has made the environmentally conscious one consider it guilty when it comes to the woods it consumes. With such thoughts, it is naturally more natural to start a job. When it comes to work, there is nothing new about it. The income within the law is the law applicable in the life learned in the practice of the law. In general, the nature of the work I did during my internship was the assistant work of the clerk. The more internships, the more in-depth the perception is that the experience learned in practice is different from that of the book, and it is the living law in real life, and the only true destination of the law. The main theme in social life is communication, and communication requires the number of gifts to be treated. The work of the court is also a referee of social life, so there are many places where the daily work needs to be polite. It turns out that these people are also a bit more succinct, but when they first started practicing, they still felt slightly blunt, and they gradually became more comfortable after repeated responses. In addition, many new “numbers of roads” have been learned in the courts, such as learning to go to the tea and so on.

The one who feels the deepest is our president. It is worthy of being a soldier. There is no official position. If something happens like pouring tea into the water, pouring ash, adding water to the water dispenser, etc., he will do everything. I also had to learn how to do it by "seeing the needles". What's more worth mentioning is that he is the first to come to the court every day, and the serious attitude of work can be seen.

The clerk who gives us more practical work, she is not much older than us, and her professionalism can be commended. She is the most overtime, she is the busiest job, and her work is not comparable to other people in the court, but she is busy with no regrets. Her wisdom is reflected in many details in the real thing, such as the winding of the binding file is a troublesome thing, she skillfully designed a simple tool with a paper clip, and easily solved the problem. In this way, she won the title of “Best Clerk” in the hospital in the previous year.

From their bit by bit, I not only learned a lot of vivid life knowledge, but also was especially motivated by their dedicated work attitude. All this has inspired and inspired me to take the right attitude in the future work and life and grasp the direction.
