2019 summer vacation personal social survey internship report

My practice this summer is to participate in social survey internships. I told myself that I can continue to grow and progress. I will take an internship every year during my college vacation, and this year will be no exception. In my investigation, I felt the status quo of the country's economic development. I can also make the most accurate analysis of the things I investigated through the location of the bystanders. I believe that as long as I do this, I can do better. !

As a student of the xx University Textile Institute's lightening major, this summer and I and our team members made a survey on the status of rabbits in the two provinces of Sulu, and because of the amount of information collected, the survey was only made. The investigation report on the current situation of rabbit breeding in Jiangsu Province, and I as the team leader, also done the most investigation practice.

From July 15th, I have visited most of the big rabbits in Gaoyou City, Jiangsu Province, and rabbit families in rural areas. With the help of Yangzhou Rabbit Industry Association, I have done the whole situation of raising rabbits in Yangzhou. I have a great understanding. Since I am the administrator of the famous rabbit breeding forum and marketing service network in China, I try my best to use network resources including Jiangsu Taizhou, Yancheng, Xuzhou, Nantong, Anhui, Zhejiang, Shandong, Shanxi. The status quo of raising rabbits in other places has been understood. I have further understanding of the most common problems in rabbit farming in rural areas, and have a deeper understanding of rabbit market, technical issues, and sales issues. At the same time, in conjunction with our rabbit and marketing service website, in April and May, in Zhejiang Jugao Rabbit Industry, Nanjing Jinling Breeding Rabbit Farm, Yixing Tianzidun Rabbit Farm and other places, I have formed a certain concept for the construction of rural rabbit farms. Construction attention points can be grasped.

Jiangsu Xingfa Rabbit Industry Technology Co., Ltd. is the largest domestic production and marketing research rabbit farm in the construction of Jieshou Town, Gaoyou City. It is the training base of Nanjing Comprehensive Experimental Station of the National Rabbit Industry Industrial Technology System and the Rabbit Industry Project of Yangzhou University. The research center and the research base of Nanjing Tianbang Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., I mainly interned in during the summer vacation. Since the rabbit farm is under construction, I am mainly responsible for the sorting of some materials. I also follow the company’s car to the farmer’s house to collect rabbits. I know about the rabbits in rural areas. Most people only have 20-30 female rabbits. They are also small businesses, and they are mainly used for farming. They are also much larger. After the start of August, I also discussed with the company's people to buy rabbit cages, drinking fountains, feed machines, cold storage and other rabbit equipment. As Xingfa Rabbit Industry develops ecological farming, each rabbit house is surrounded by small rivers. In the future, a rabbit will be planned to stock the rabbits. I also participated in the meeting to purchase fry, piglets, sheep and planting trees to develop ecological farming. I have learned a lot and benefited a lot.

Recalling this practice, I have been studying for a total of 40 days since I entered the Star Rabbit industry. Among them, I ran the big and small rabbit farms in Gaoyou around 7 days and had a month of dealing with the rabbits. Also deal with rabbits, rabbits, rabbit breeders, rabbit experts, rabbit technicians, can really say that the rabbit industry! "There is a glimpse of the end of the paper, and I know that this matter must be carried out." The book can never replace practice. This practice has taught me a lot:

1. Don't be afraid of setbacks and difficulties, go forward

It was very hot this summer and it often rained. This caused obstacles to the progress of the project and caused the company to lose a lot of money. The problems encountered during the construction process, including the peasant’s troubles, were all resolved. This also taught me the future. How big is the wind and rain, we must support the umbrella in our hands. No matter how many lessons of frustration, we must believe in ourselves and work hard toward the sunshine after the storm.

2. How to interact with people, learn to entertain in the company, whether it is the leaders of Yangzhou Gaoyou and the city, or to eat with the rabbit field construction bidding unit, even the leaders of the various departments of the rabbit farm need to pay attention to many things, I also learned a lot from it. Things, learn to speak, and speak the right words when you are right.

3. Do things seriously in the rabbit farm, whether it is construction workers or department heads and all employees are meticulous, up to millions of rabbits contract contract, as small as the daily canteen shopping is very fine ! Every day, from the general manager to the department manager, they patrol hundreds of acres of companies, and even see the rivets on the ground actively pick up to prevent others from being injured.

4. To establish their own goals and strive for it. There are several high-level students in the company who are agricultural majors. They like to breed this industry. They don’t take it seriously because they are not clean and unhealthy. Instead, they give it seriously every day. The rabbits feed and treat each batch of young rabbits like their own children. Through chat, I know that they are very fond of raising rabbits. I heard them introduce rabbits with smiles and feelings. I am also very touched!

This survey of the internship report for me, I also know a lot of knowledge, this for me, to make a good internship opportunity, I did not miss, I am glad that I can get a lot now work out. After going to the society in the future, there are not so many opportunities. Everything depends on myself. I believe that I will eventually gain a foothold in the society through my own efforts. But now, I still have many shortcomings. Believe in your own abilities, but these are unrealistic. I only have to work hard and struggle, and I will succeed in the end!
