Summary of the preliminary work of the summer "three countryside" practice activities

In order to actively echo the call of the school party committee and committee, and establish and implement the scientific development concept, our team is preparing to carry out the “three rural areas” social practice activities in the summer of 2019. After the practice notices were issued by the various departments of the school, our Guilin fellows actively organized around June 25. Under the active organization of the captain He Lihong, recruiting team members from her department, and expanding to other departments and even other schools students to participate. As long as you have a service and support for the hearts of poor areas, our team welcomes you to join.

On the evening of the 25th, our team held a team meeting, at which we determined our practice theme, content, name, setting of each department, distribution of team members and other relevant information.

In order to do a good job in this practice, we have done a lot of preparatory work in the early stage. Including preliminary research and data preparation, fund raising, and contact with local governments and enterprises, charitable organizations. Specific division of activities has also been carried out within the team to facilitate the smooth development of the event.

The Propaganda Department has completed the previous data collection and media contact, design and production activities required for publicity, charity items such as posters, leaflets and so on. We will pay attention to the link of each link and publicize and track the progress of the whole activity, and summarize and reflect at the right time. Recently, our department is working with the team members of the logistics department to help the students of the small country to raise and organize materials. Members of the Logistics Department are in full swing to raise funds for school book items and fundraising and organize the sale of good materials. The Department of External Relations is mainly engaged in contact with charitable enterprises, foundations, local government departments and local media. The relevant negotiation work is already underway and there should be good results. The members of the network department have already established the blog of our event, and fully utilize the network resources to collect relevant information and contact information, and update our blog content at any time. In short, the progress of the preliminary activities of this event is generally very organized. The cooperation between the players is pleasant, harmonious and friendly. The team members are enthusiastic and efficient. But there are also some shortcomings in some details:

First, the lack of communication, the players are a bit confused. In the preparatory work arrangement in the early stage, there were mainly several responsible persons who were coordinating, but did not promptly report the progress of the activities to the team members, which led to the conflicts between some players, especially the new players, in arranging their own activities. In fact, this is not the problem. As long as the liaison personnel inform the preparation in advance when scheduling the task, the working team members will increase their consciousness and actively cooperate with the specific work of the team.

Second, the details of the event, not considered. For example, in the process of material collection, the bags of materials were not prepared in advance, which led to a feeling of rush in the collection process, and did not take into account the storage of materials, which made the materials storage disorder. Perhaps it is because the materials in the place where it is located are more difficult to find, and similar experience is not enough. However, after learning the lessons of the first concentration, our team members have become more proficient and will not be in a hurry. The division of labor between the players has become more organized, and the storage and flow of materials has become more maneuverable.

In general, although our preliminary work was not as good as expected, we have accumulated experience and basically completed the goal. The players are also actively working hard to prepare for this summer practice...
