Three trips to the countryside. During the period of going to the countryside, we carried out activities such as teaching, research, publicity, psychological counseling and other special entertainment. Our basic philosophy is to "cultivate healthy psychology, paint beautiful life", bring knowledge to local people and students, and more importantly, cultivate students' self-confidence and self-improvement. On August 18th, 2019, the 23 members of our self-strengthening society took a enthusiasm and embarked on a trip to the countryside. The destination is Shangping Middle School, Lianping County, Heyuan City. On the 28th, carrying the joy of harvest and the infinite disappointment, we came back along the familiar road. 2 days drive, 1 day event registration, 7 days of formal event, and 1 day trip to Wudang Mountain. After a short 11 days, our trip to the countryside has finally drawn a successful conclusion. During this time, our 23 players paid a lot and gained a lot. At this moment, I am full of excitement, my heart is full of enthusiasm, I have a lot of memories, and I want to say a lot. Now let me take a closer look.

Coming to Shangping, it is not as bad as we imagined. It is a small town surrounded by Jiulian Mountain. It is the hometown of peaches, with beautiful scenery, fresh air and very lively streets. Our dormitory is newly built with a small balcony and toilet. There is a faucet, but there is no water, so I have to go to the dining hall to raise water. There are lights, but only one hour at night. No fan, how can I sleep without a fan on a hot day? But we don't have to worry about this, because we have to cover the quilt at night, the fan is superfluous to us, and we have to cover the clothes without the quilt. There aren't many things here, that is, there are so many mosquitoes. Every night, they will attack us in groups, and even the mosquitoes we bring with them will not work. In the evening, our hands and feet are busy, and we will carry out anti-mosquito operations. These mosquitoes can't look down on them. Their mouths are pointed and long. Even if they are separated by clothes, they will bite in one bite. Maybe they are too hungry.

In terms of food, we dine in the dining hall every day, lunch and dinner are very rich, four dishes and one soup, we have grown fat. Every time you eat, everyone at the table will chat while eating, especially when it comes to things in the classroom, the diary of a student or a student, everyone is very excited and often laughs. As we get along with each other, we are more and more like a family.

Second, three to the countryside, our contribution

Before coming here, we have always played the role of a student. When we got here, we are a teacher. After a few days of teaching, I finally realized the love and responsibility that I should have as a teacher. I don't know if I have done enough, but I know we have done it. Starting from the 19th, our 23 players started their busy work. In the morning, I was busy with the registration of students, and the classroom was clean and hygienic. Our original plan is to enroll 150 junior high school students, because it is difficult to manage because there are too many students. However, the number of students who came to register was constant, and soon the quota was full. At the beginning, we declared that we stopped registering, but we saw the children’s enthusiasm, and some of them came to sign up. We were unable to bear the refusal, so we relaxed the quota to more than 170. In the afternoon, each class teacher divided the student list into five classes.

The previous work was done well. On the morning of the 20th, the students came on time. We had the opening ceremony of going to the countryside on the sports field. After that, class teachers and teachers of the class will conduct class meetings. In class class, the teacher introduces himself first, then the student. But the students here are very embarrassed, just stand up and say their name. We have set a new path for students to go to the stage to choose the class. Some students have established their class names and slogans, instead of being limited to the teacher to arrange the class, and will not set the class name of each class to 1. - 5 classes. The goal is to give students the ability to express and imagine, and let them know that each class is a group. From the self-introduction of the students and the selection of the class, we have learned some important information: these children are not confident enough and do not like to show themselves. On the 21st, the class began to be officially started. In the morning, the first section was a math class. The class bell rang. I walked into the classroom with confidence. The first time I stood on the podium, facing more than 30 students in the audience, I was inevitably nervous. I had a whole night class, and I had to say something. At this time, all of them were messed up, but I quickly calmed down and successfully completed a math class. But I feel that my heart is not practical, and I always feel that the classroom atmosphere is lacking. One thing I think is doing well. I remembered the names of the whole class in my mind last night. Today, the students I called can tell their names. After class, I didn't rush back to the office. I want to spend more time in the classroom and chat with the students. I really want to walk into them, understand them, give them encouragement and support, and hope to get their trust.

After finishing the class, I went to participate in the health knowledge promotion activities at the location of Shangping Town Street. We hanged our promotional slogans and posters there. After standing for a long time, there are not many people who come to see our promotion. After returning, the lessons we have learned are: local dialects are important for publicity activities, and it is necessary to make some brochures for passers-by.

We set the third class in the afternoon as the second class, mainly to learn military boxing, aerobics, and sign language. I am a sign language teacher in 5 classes. I like sign language classes very much, because students like to learn very much, study very seriously, and I also patiently teach them one by one, "Invisible Wings", everyone is this one. The song is familiar enough.

When it comes to correcting the diary, this is something that every teacher likes, because there are students in the diary. They trust us and talk to us. In order to send the diary to the students in the afternoon, some teachers abandoned the noon break and were busy revising the diary as if it were not a task, but a kind of enjoyment. The words that the students say to you in the diary are enough to make you feel excited for one night, and feel that they are slowly being influenced by you. This is our gratification.

As we all know, the education level in rural areas lags far behind the city. According to the students here, the school has never carried out literary activities and fun games, and the only event room is the annual school sports meeting. The school focuses on learning, and there are two key classes in each grade. The key classes and the regular classes are very different. In addition to learning or learning, students lack entertainment every day. The students who have been cultivated in this way can be imagined. We abandon the traditional teaching philosophy. For the students, we have organized group training activities to let students play games and feel the spirit of group cooperation, making them lively and cheerful.

In fact, there are always a few mischievous students in each class. The traditional way of education is to criticize education, but this method is no longer feasible. In order to cope with the special students, the class teacher has racked his brains and adopted an alternative approach: redundant communication, interest and encouragement to influence them, we oppose criticism.

The 7-day time was almost halfway through. The original plan was to give students a comprehensive test to select outstanding individuals and excellent classes. However, we found that these links are too formal and have no difference from traditional teaching concepts. So we boldly deleted the content, and replaced it with an award for each class. These awards are something we have come up with on a temporary basis, but they are very creative.

The closing ceremony is just around the corner. Every class is busy doing their own programs. The programs that our 23 teachers have performed on stage are: sketches, choruses. The student group programs include: military boxing, aerobics, and sign language. We use the time between class and the second class to lead the students to rehearse and rehearse the program in just a few days. Is this possible? The answer is yes, because everything is possible!

On the night before the closing ceremony, our 23 players were very busy. I remember that after finishing the last math class, I met a naughty student. He called me a teacher with respect. The simple one claimed to excite me for a whole day. I think our approach to education is working. Hey, those who are ridiculous have already corrected their attitudes. When they come to class, they will listen quietly and will not disturb the classroom. So there is no absolute bad student, because at the beginning of the person, the nature is good. Maybe they didn't get the teacher's affirmation at school before, they received the rejection of their classmates. They loved their personality and self-respect. They always wanted to do something to attract the attention of others. In fact, they are very lonely and inferior. I long for the care and affirmation of others, so we have patience, love, and encouragement to influence them.

On the day of the closing ceremony, we and the students’ programs performed very well. In a short time, we created a miracle. After watching the performance of the military boxing, it was really exciting. They played very neatly and were very powerful. On this day, we let people who have never performed on stage perform the opportunity to come to power once. We know that their hearts must be very excited and nervous, but they still perform very well. The activities in the countryside are coming to an end. We have received gifts from the students, and more of them are their messages. They say goodbye to us with sincere heart. They call our sister brother with a cordial voice. I know that every sentence they write very seriously and carefully, represents deep gratitude and reluctance. The 7-day friendship is higher than the mountains, deeper than the sea. After reading their messages, my eyes are blurred by tears and my voice is hoarse. Fourth and third days of separation from the countryside

On the morning of the 28th, we were leaving with our luggage. Some students made a special trip back to the school to say goodbye to us. We got on the bus. After a summer vacation, I found out that I grew up. I have experienced what I have never experienced before, and I have never felt it before. This is an invaluable treasure of my life.
