First, the purpose of the event

The “Search for Excellent Alumni” activity is an important component of the summer social practice activities of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics in XX. It is an important preparation for the assessment of the undergraduate teaching level of the Ministry of Education. Through the excellent alumni of our school, we can understand the history of the school and the struggle and life experience of the alumni. Through the search for outstanding alumni, using the life experience and entrepreneurial process of outstanding alumni, students are encouraged to design a college career and be determined to become talented.

Alumni are an important asset for the development of the school. We must give full play to the unique role of outstanding alumni in the construction of campus culture, in order to learn valuable experience, inherit the fine traditions of Jiangcai people, and enhance the sense of belonging, pride and responsibility for the school. At the same time, in the process of searching, improve students' writing, interviewing and communication skills, improve students' comprehensive quality, and strengthen communication with employers through publicity schools, expand the popularity of our school, and promote school work.

Third, the activity requirements

1. Search for alumni objects: graduates of our school since the founding of the school, faculty and staff who have worked in the school. Previous graduates working at the school are not included in the alumni list.

2, excellent alumni standards:

Hold important positions, including executives with above-mentioned administrative positions, professional and technical positions, or doctoral degree or above, and large-scale enterprise CEOs with an annual output value of over 10 million;

Alumni who have important social influences and are reported by media at the provincial level or above;

Make a significant contribution to the job, achieve major achievements, or alumni who are rooted in the West and have a touching story at the grassroots level;

Alumni who donate money for schooling or establish scholarships for school development.

3. Excellent alumni interview channels:

After the school league committee establishes a list of outstanding alumni, the interviewees are assigned to the students, and each participant or participating team should visit the alumni of the family location during the summer vacation.

The interview work can be done by the students individually or by the students. Through the contact with excellent alumni and on-site interviews, the alumni themselves provide personal detailed deeds, which are collected and revised after the students collect. Students can determine the survey topics around the life experiences and entrepreneurial journey of excellent alumni. Interviews and questionnaires can be used to conduct research and investigation, to explore the spiritual wealth of alumni, to play an important role of alumni, and to provide gifts for the assessment.

4. Search for the results of outstanding alumni: The form of the results can be determined by the interviewer according to his actual situation. It can be reportage, person communication, personal interview, brief introduction, etc. The number of articles is about 1000-XX words. The materials strive to be comprehensive and detailed, clear-cut, and real-minded. Fourth, participants and forms of participation:

1. Participants: College students at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics can register for the alumni activities individually or in groups. Participants must have good qualities, be honest and trustworthy, seek truth from facts, work hard, have certain communicative skills and language organization skills.

2, team mode:

In the provinces, districts and cities to be visited, each visiting province or city organizes a search team, each team consists of 2 to 3 members. In principle, members are students who visit the local students.

Each team selects a team leader, and the team leader will arrange and coordinate the alumni interview.

Each team is assigned a teacher, and the instructor is responsible for guiding the group's alumni search work and writing alumni deeds.

Each team needs to complete the search of more than 10 alumni, fill out the "Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics Alumni Deeds Material Information Sheet", each of the alumni's deeds, and write one or more search reports.

3. Areas to be visited: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Shandong, Hubei, Jiangsu, Guizhou, Yunnan, Fujian, Anhui, Hainan, etc.

V. Activity arrangement

1. Reporting review stage: The team applying for summer social practice needs to fill out the “Alumni Search Activity Registration Form”, which can be downloaded from the website of the Youth League Committee. The delegations of each school must fill in the comments and stamp the official seal of the delegation, and submit it to the company before June 25th. The Office of the Youth League Committee, before June 28, the Youth League Committee and the Alumni Office will conduct a qualification review of the visiting group and select the visiting group.

2. The search phase students use the summer to search for alumni, collect data, understand the situation, and write a report.

3. Summary and commendation stage: “Search for outstanding alumni” summer social practice activities are reviewed by the school, and 200 excellent manuscripts and 6 outstanding organization awards are selected. The outstanding works selected will be recommended to the "Jiangxi Caida Daily", the campus network, and all the winning works will be published.

Before 12:00 on the morning of September 3, the student submits a written application to the person in charge of the group, and submits the summer social practice report or paper or paper to the class leader to participate in the evaluation of the small class;

From September 3rd to September 4th, before 6:00 pm: the heads of the teams will organize group students, and combine the performance, records and achievements of the alumni to search for work, and select advanced individuals in social practice according to the proportion of 30%; Order the social practice of advanced personal information and practice reports;

The “Study of Excellent Alumni” summer social practice activities are written by the general assembly of the colleges and universities. The preliminary evaluation of the organization is carried out. Seven, alumni search funding and related requirements

1. Alumni search for financial support

In principle, subsidize one-way train hard ride tickets, local public transport, accommodation and data fees. Receive 1/2 of the approved amount of funds before departure. Expenses must have a formal invoice and the receipt is invalid. The official invoice must be reimbursed after being signed by the secretary of the branch committee of the college on the back of the invoice. Long-distance transportation fees are limited to train hard seat tickets; short-distance transportation fees are limited to bus tickets. Other transportation expenses are not reimbursed. The hotel should issue an invoice with a reimbursement limit of 15 yuan / person × day.

3, matters needing attention

All colleges should attach great importance to this “search for excellent alumni” activities, strengthen publicity, strengthen training and guidance, and carefully arrange various alumni work from the service evaluation and contribution to the evaluation work to ensure that each Item writing task.

The social practice activities should strengthen the safety education of students.
