Summer Social Practice Report - Rural College Students' Cost Survey
China has a population of 1.3 billion, of which 800 million are farmers. There are 15 million college students in China, and more than half of them are from rural areas. Although the city government has invested a lot of money every year to develop education, in the face of huge numbers, this money is undoubtedly a drop in the bucket, and the government is still far behind the remote villages. Although China has basically achieved a well-off level, the problem of food and clothing has long been resolved, and per capita income has exceeded $1,000 and is moving towards $3,000. However, these data and achievements can not subvert 80% of the wealth concentrated in the hands of 20% of the words, the average does not mean all. There was once a famous scholar who said that there are three reasons why ordinary people are poor. One of them is to support children to study.
Take the 05 college students in Sichuan as an example. In the sixth year of the National Primary School, the average cost per semester is 300-400 yuan, and the compromise is 700 pieces per year. Using this winter vacation time, through the data I collected in several places and the visits to some families, I wrote this practice report with a heavy heart. One of the purposes is to remind those rural students who are indulging in the Internet or ruining their studies or even abandoning themselves. They hope to find themselves again, worthy of their own, and worthy of their parents, worthy of every drop of sweat spilled on the loess black ground.
The original intention of writing this report is that a rural classmate of our college left home because of a love affair, and the final guest died in the hometown. The sadness is even more irritating. He is also sorry for himself!
