This is the first summer social practice after I went to college. I thought about it and combined with my own situation, including personal profession, hobbies, etc., I decided to start teaching assistant activities in my hometown. On the afternoon of July 20, I took the recommendation letter from the school and walked into my alma mater: the gate of Qingchuan Central School. On vacation, there are not many people on campus. The campus in the summer is lush, and the flowers are beautiful and beautiful. This land has witnessed my entire teenage years. However, when I was on campus, I could not find a trace of the past. It was no longer the simple country of the country! My alma mater grew up quickly. In the principal's room, I met the approachable President of Yan Enlong. He was less than forty years old and was very kind. When I learned that I was also a small graduate of this country, he was very happy and gave me a lot of encouragement and appreciation. I was very touched.

I specifically asked the headmaster of the school to inquire about the teachers who taught me in the past. I learned that except for the teacher who taught me the language in the fifth grade, most of the other teachers were transferred to other places or retired. Because it was during the summer vacation, I was not able to meet my teacher in the past and felt very sorry. After I explained the intention to the principal of the school, President Pang said that it is very welcome to have practical knowledge to practice in the school and give me a lot of advice and help. After the arrangement, the principal of the school decided to let me work as a summer English special class assistant, starting work on August 1 and ending on August 16.

The predecessors of Qingchuan Central State are Lijiazhuang Elementary School and Qingchuan Elementary School. The two small countries merged with September XX and are now quite large. The classrooms in the four-story building are spacious and bright, and the windows are clear. A variety of teaching facilities, entertainment venues, playgrounds are readily available, compared with the towns and universities, it is comparable. There are currently 25 teachers in the school. All have received professional education, and the average degree is above the technical secondary school. Among them, 12 teachers aged 20-40, 13 teachers 40-50 years old, can be said to be energetic young and experienced mature complement each other, complement each other, the distribution is very reasonable. The students in the school come from the surrounding countryside and cover ten areas including Datun, Qingchuan, Chuanzhong, Chuansi, Weizi, Lijiazhuang, Yangjiazhuang, Xujiazhuang, Wujiadonghe and Huashiqiao. The school has a total of one to five grades, two classes per grade, and about 50 students in each class. In the teaching process, multimedia teaching accounts for 50% of the total teaching.

Although it is a college student, the course of the professor is a small country content, but because I don't have any teaching experience, my heart is very low. When I returned home from school, I read the professional books borrowed from the school, such as Educational Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Chinese Language and English, and English Teaching Methodology. I also queried the relevant experience exchanges and hoped to be in the formal class. Charge yourself before.

On August 1st, I got up early, rushed to the school with a restless but very excited mood and started my summer teaching assistant work. Kim, who has a summer English special class, is even earlier than I came. He knows that I have a lot to learn from him. The special class has a total of 40 students, all of whom are 11-year-olds. The content we need to teach is mostly everyday words, common words, etc. For me, this is the simplest basics, but for kids, this is something new that they haven't touched. I believe that primary school students must first develop their interest in learning English when they study English. Generally speaking, the game is the most popular activity for children, and it is also a good form of English classroom teaching. Therefore, I suggest that Jin teacher combine English teaching content in the classroom to teach English and use the game method to teach and consolidate knowledge. Learning English knowledge in the game, this method has achieved good results, the children have learned very happy, and the improvement is also very fast. In addition, we also integrate music and art into English teaching in the form of games. During the teaching process, I found that most students have a strong heart, self-respect, love to express themselves, and love the characteristics of praise, so I pay special attention to using incentives to stimulate their interest, and always find their shining points to affirm, Make them have a happy emotional experience, so as to effectively mobilize their enthusiasm, and constantly appreciate the joy of learning and progress.

I think that in the teaching process, my biggest achievement is to have unprecedented patience. Primary school students have their own characteristics and limitations on the ways and abilities of knowledge acceptance and memory. They cannot teach from their own subjectivity in teaching. Students often encounter obstacles in very simple places in their studies. When encountering such problems, the instructors need to patiently explain and do demonstrations. Once again, they can't do it twice, not twice, and should also reflect on their own teaching. Is the method correct? Spend a whole class to correct a student's pronunciation error, which we often encounter in the teaching process. When I encountered difficulties in teaching, the teachers around me were very patient to explain to me, and their experience gave me great help.

I found that the biggest problem facing rural English teaching in rural areas is the shortage of teachers. This issue has not received the attention of the top leaders. In fact, after entering the middle and high school, rural students mostly fell behind the urban students because of poor English. This is not to say that their qualifications are not good, but because of the late start, they are not caused by good education in this subject. For them, this is unfair. The school should adjust the teachers to improve the professional level of the teachers, and strive to make the children in the countryside stand on the same starting line with the children in the city.

On August 16, my social practice was over. In the face of these children who have worked hard and the teachers who have given me great help, I feel very sad. Looking at the children's English level has been greatly improved, my heart is full of pride and pride. For my work, teachers and students have given a very positive evaluation. Compared to my harvest, this sixteen-day effort is nothing. This practice has increased my hard work and confidence, improved my thinking ability, resolution and cognitive ability, broadened my horizons, smelt my sentiments, and made me know myself, and have a life and society. A deeper understanding.

This practice is indeed an unforgettable experience for me. It is an important asset in my life.
