At present, the number of college students entering the central region is not enough, and 74% of these people think that the quality of talents still needs to be strengthened. 11% believe that the quantity is sufficient, but still can not meet the needs of central development in terms of quality; only 12% believe that the current needs are reasonable. That is to say, although most college students have the willingness to join the central government, in terms of the current situation, it is not enough for the talents who can truly integrate into the central region. The college students echoed the call of the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s enthusiasm for building the central region did not achieve good results. . In addition, to develop the central region, it is not a simple demand relationship that can be satisfied. As a talent, what is more important is not quantity, but quality! From the perspective of enterprises, whether such data indicates that they should consider their own strategies, how can we exchange the enthusiasm of the students for the satisfactory results at work?

3. How do middle enterprises attract college students?
