The unit of practice is Dongyuan Electric Group Co., Ltd.: The company is a key enterprise in the national electrical switch industry, and is a production base for complete sets of high and low voltage switchgear in East China. The company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of high-voltage electrical appliances, high and low voltage switch complete sets of equipment, electrical automation, distribution network automation equipment, wind power and electronic control equipment, automatic protection devices and components.
On the same day, the detachment led the team to Jiangsu Dongyuan Electric Co., Ltd. Some of the company's leaders, Wang Shuji, Director Yuan and Director Lin, welcomed and received them, carefully arranged their work and life, patiently explained the company's rules and regulations, and led them to visit some workshops.
On the second day, they started their internship. The company's production supervisor Zhang explained the specifics of the work to them. They divided the six people into two groups: one was Guo Chunhua and Wu Jinshan, who were 10.5 kV assembly line. Wu Jian 3 students, the other is Ding Jianrong, Huang Lujing, Ji Honggang students of the 30.5 kV assembly line, they are familiar with the working environment as soon as possible. In the afternoon, they each had a task and a tutor. At the beginning, they didn't know anything. They didn't know where to start, they only helped to get started. The masters were very enthusiastic. They learned very seriously and they were very positive. Gradually they learned a lot and became skilled in the workshop and the assembly process of the medium pressure manufacturing assembly shop. In about four days, they really adapted to the strict eight-hour work system. I remember the first day I came back. They were very painful. They didn't adapt to long hours of work. Some of the students were swollen. Some students felt that the weather was too hot. Some students had sore legs and didn't sleep at night like in school. It was very late, but I went to sleep early, and the tired body was relieved. The company's bedtime, dining rules and school differences, they have to adapt slowly. When they communicated, they all said that they felt the distance from real life for the first time. It was even harder to imagine the difficulty of running for work and starting to participate in social work independently. Although everything is different from the school life, they are not discouraged and give up because they have chosen the challenge.
Gradually adapting for a while, they are becoming more familiar with the assembly process in the workshop. They began to complete some of the procedures independently, and they were also comfortable with things. They learned the reading of assembly drawings, the use of cranes and pneumatic tools. These tools are rarely seen in school or even in life, but they are very practical. With the enthusiastic help of the masters and workers, the 30.5 kV assembly line 3 students also learned the control of the plc production line. Because only 30.5 kV assembly line has a plc production line.
Although the internship was only a short two weeks, they all felt a lot of gains in this social practice, and they also accumulated experience and laid the foundation for their future career.
First, the importance of combining theory with practice. Practice is to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in school to objective reality, so that the theoretical knowledge we have learned can be useful. If you only learn not to practice, then what you learn is equal to zero. Theory should be combined with practice. In school, there are many theoretical studies, and they are multi-faceted. They are almost all-inclusive. In actual work, you may encounter books that you have not learned, or you may not use the knowledge in books. Happening. Perhaps the only problem that is used in the work is a simple task, as long as the formula can be used to complete a task. As a large number of theoretical knowledge that college students are studying at school, they are a bit overwhelmed when they are actually applied to practice. Things that usually look simple are not so easy to use or do. This requires them to practice more and use the brain to think. I remember that when I first arrived at the workshop, they also agreed that this was not related to their professional knowledge. After the guidance of the masters, they refuted the wrong idea at the beginning. In fact, these things have been learned in class. Learning must be applied, learn to learn from practice, and practice from learning.
Second, a company is a team. Team means solidarity and mutual assistance. A company can truly bring employees into a team to bring unlimited benefits. What impressed Wu Jinshan most was that when they first arrived, they didn’t know that they had to prepare their own tableware for the workshop. What made them happy was that after the workshop director learned it, they helped them borrow six spoons. They were very grateful. Just moving. Jinshan students thanked him in a row. Huang Lujing thinks that a lot of workers in the workshop have forgotten my work, and the work is enthusiastic and proactive. Some colleagues gave up the three-hour break at noon and fought in the post. This kind of dedication is worth learning for each of them.
Third, we must learn to communicate with others. As a college student in the new century, we should understand how to deal with people from all walks of life and deal with all aspects of society. This means that college students must pay attention to social practice and social practice is indispensable. Be good at communicating with others in society. How to communicate well with others, this technology requires long-term practice. People in society will be integrated into the society. People work together to do things, making them more harmonious in their work, and doing more with less. The opinions given by others must be accepted, patiently and humbly.
Fourth, there must be confidence in the work. Confidence is not a numb boast, but an affirmation of one's ability. Lack of social experience, lack of academic qualifications and other reasons will make you lack confidence. In fact, whoever has a life sentence can do anything, as long as you have confidence, you can overcome psychological barriers, then everything becomes easy to solve.
Fifth, thrive under the care of the leadership. First of all, the Dongyuan Electric Summer Social Practice Team was led by the three leaders of the School of Electrical Engineering. They placed high hopes on them and asked them to seize the opportunity to train themselves to improve themselves, glory for the school, and report to the college every day. The director Zhang Yanli also gave up her rest time and took them back to school after the internship. They deeply feel the care of the school leaders. Secondly, in terms of Dongyuan Electric, several leaders hosted and treated them with hospitality. They are strictly required by the standards of their employees at work. Let them experience the life of the workshop, including work meals. Wang Shuji also took time out to go to the workshop to see them.
