My name is An Hongfang and I am 23 years old. In August 2000, he was assigned to Siping Elementary School to work as a language teacher and class teacher. Since I taught for 5 years, I have been diligent, conscientious, eloquent, and meticulous. I have devoted all my energy to teaching, so I have achieved gratifying results in all aspects of my work. The students in the class have taken the language test scores almost the first time. In the lectures and song contests held by the school, our class students can always win the championship. Therefore, my class has been rated as "civilized class" for many times, and I have been rated as "civilized teacher" many times. Last year, it was also rated as an "excellent member" by the company. In the "School Envisioning Composition Competition" held by the China Culture Network, he won the "Excellent Tutor" award. I also pay special attention to theoretical study and research. I have published such papers as "Leading and Guiding", "Let the Students' Imagination Spark in Teaching", and "Study on the Work of the Class Teacher". However, I was not satisfied with the original level of knowledge. Through self-study, I obtained a diploma in Chinese Language and Literature from Northwestern University in June 2002. I did not stop there, but decided to move forward. After two years of struggle, there is only one discipline left to complete the undergraduate course. Today, I am busy for the master's class!

I am also particularly active in thinking. When I first entered the school, I submitted an application for joining the party, and constantly improved my political level, ideological consciousness, and actively participated in various political activities such as party class learning organized by the school. Below, I focus on reporting from both Chinese language teaching and class teacher work.

First, in the language teaching

I have been teaching for five years, and it is also the five years of continuous reform and exploration of Chinese teaching. In the past five years, the Municipal and District Education Bureau has continuously advocated reforms to encourage bold innovation in teaching. Under the guidance of this kind of teaching thought, I also tried hard to explore, boldly tried, and gradually explored a set of teaching methods suitable for myself. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in class, to play the main role of students, and to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, I have taken the following measures and methods:

1. Exciting questioning method.

Questioning is an art. Teachers often ask questions when they are in class. If the questions raised by teachers are too big, too general, and too difficult, it is difficult to arouse the spark of students' thinking. In order to solve this problem well, I have made serious preparations before each class, and I have to know the questions to be mentioned in class. For example, in the lesson of "Bird's Paradise" written by Mr. Ba Jin, I asked the students about the class: "What kind of place do you think can be called a bird's paradise? So what is the bird's paradise?" When the problem arises, the students are introduced into the beauty depicted in the text. Such questions make the students' thinking active and easy to understand the content of the text.

2. Comprehensively improve the language literacy law.

The instrumental characteristics of the Chinese class determine that this subject is hard to learn by rote memorization. It does not reflect how much Chinese knowledge you understand, but a comprehensive improvement of language literacy, which is emphasized in listening and speaking. , read and write "four aspects. This kind of improvement of ability is not enough by Chinese classroom teaching. Under the urging of this teaching concept, I constantly explore and try new teaching methods and new types. In one semester, I have continuously opened such as "reading contest", "speech contest", "idiom solitaire competition", essay fragment description competition, etc. These vivid and interesting types of classes are not only for classroom teaching. The useful supplement of the content has aroused the students' love for the language course, which makes them "love learning" and "learning" for the language subject. At the same time, their language ability and language literacy are also a kind of easy. The lively atmosphere has been unknowingly improved. Practice has proved that students like this class very much.

3. Multimedia teaching method.

Multimedia teaching is a new method of teaching. Because of its combination of text, sound, image and animation, it has strong sensibility and fun, so it has been warmly welcomed by the students. I remember that when I was in the class of "Wu Song Tiger", the students actively expressed that I still remember it. Since I put a flash animation at the time, the heroic and alert image of Wu Song in the animation left an indelible impression on the students, so every problem I mentioned was easily broken by them. That class was indeed successful.

It is this kind of exploration spirit and innovative spirit that makes the language performance of the class I have been leading. It also made me become the backbone of the school in just a few years.

Second, in the work of the class teacher.

While insisting on teaching good books, I have never given up on educating people. Since the first year of my work, I have been the head teacher for five consecutive years. I think:

1. First of all, love students.

Working with a "love", let the students feel that you really care about him, thus shortening the distance between teachers and students, and at the same time, they make mistakes, they are easy to receive education, and they will be corrected quickly. This kind of love has the correct guidance for the formation of students' thoughts, and it also has a real concern for students' lives. In our class, there is a little boy whose family is divorced. He can only get the care of his father, but he can't get the care of his mother. Once, he cut a "cat" head for himself. When he arrived at the school, the students laughed at his head ugly. He was saddened by tears in the corner. When I saw it, I immediately went forward to comfort, and finally I learned that it was his father who disagreed with his scissors and he cut it into one. After school, I quietly stopped him and walked into the barber shop with him. Maybe my love touched him, and since then, he has never done anything extraordinary. Moreover, everything is contending, and quality is good.

2. Treat students with care, patience and sincerity.

Educating students is not a one-off event. It is a long-term job, which requires patience. Careful observation in the usual work, found the student's mistakes, and communicated with him frankly, the students are acceptable. I found that many students are unwilling to communicate with teachers, mostly because of the inequality between teachers and students. I feel that if you want to communicate with your child, you should choose the place where you can talk about where you can achieve equality. Of course, the office where five or six people live together is not acceptable. You can choose it in the student's own small house, the wall of the park, the square lantern, and so on. Over time, students will like you, trust you, and willing to talk to you, so that many problems can be solved.

Education and teaching is an art, art is endless, there is no best, only better. I also need to learn from each other's leaders and colleagues, and learn from each other's strengths and complement each other. The results only belong to the past, and the future belongs to me. As a young teacher, my work has only just begun. I can only achieve better results if I am brave and enterprising.
